Although I wish it ended on different terms, you can’t change the past…you can only look towards the future. Public Storage is honestly the best company I’ve ever worked for. I had to come back and edit my review because this facility has gone down, I’m aware that management has changed and you can tell when Sandy was there the customer service was spectacular, but now the management is rude very unprofessional, the property is trashy. When you go into the office to inquire about things you are met with much attitude like you’re bothering her I think her name is Imari…….public storage do better I will not be a customer on this property any longer moving ASAP!

what is needed to acquire a premises

Stop by a few times today during business hours to an empty shop. What a waste of my day. Each time I arrived the time card had been pushed showing a new time a representative would be available. There’s no reason to have no one present during business hours

I signed up online but forgot to change my location & being crunched for time Sandy did not hesitate to jump into action canceling my previous reservations & completing the new one in record time. The process has never been so quick & easy. She was kowledgeable , friendly & attentive to my needs. She listened & was able to get me out the door quickly but not before showing me the map to ensure I knew how to get to my new unit. Thank you I owe you cup cakes🧁🌻

Very unprofessional!!! Over 30mins late and had people waiting for her to show up just to find out that she was sitting in her car the WHOLE TIME!!! Put a lock on my storage after o already paid my unit fee and I didn’t even know I just randomly showed up.

This facility is in great shape, and is super clean inside and out. The employees want to be at work, and it shows. They have parking spaces you can rent, climate controlled storage, as well as outside units. I love the contactless gate and building door access through the app.

The manager is the coolest ever. My car stopped on the property. She finished her customer and no questions can to help me. We got my car started. And just cause she did over and beyond. I had to give he a store 5 stars..

This was a very good investment to rent a storage for some extra stuff I had. Tiffany was great very helpful made sure my needs was met over and beyond

Tiffany, the manager, was very helpful. She got me into a unit quickly, was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. She deserves a raise! Also I was able to move in during a special and it only came out to be $49 for a month in a 10 x 10. Overall it was a great experience and I would use and recommend this location as long as Tiffany is there!

The employee there went out of her way to help me, although she was at lunch she still opened the door to assist me. Thank you

Jasmin took my payment and asked me how do I like the business. I said it’s ok but my bill has tripled. I told jasmine I’m leaving because of the constant increase. Jasmine explained to me about rent reduction, but, it’s no guarantee. Just the thought of try to help me is awesome .

All these “good reviews” are asked to be given as soon as you get a unit. But once you’ve been there for months to experience their services, you’ll find out how rude they are! Also, they don’t tell you, you have to buy one of their Locks and insurance is required by them as well! So expect to pay more then they tell u. Never again will I️ get a unit from here!!
