Very nice storage complex, went in for to ask about information about this place and was met by a very happy Caucasian young man who eagerly helped me and quickily helped me acquire my storage unit. Looks like there are some good employees because it is always well maintained and up to date. Gonna keep storing items here until I die. Thank you my friendly neighborhood storage unit 🫵 🪨

Beware!!! I had 10x10 storage for close to 2 years and just last month found out management sold all my stuff by accident. I had lots of stuff in there including many vintage bicycles. A month goes by I can't even get a settlement of my loss. They are dragging this situation. They made the mistake not me. They offer very little $$$ to what I had in value around $2000 for my collection of bikes. Then they told me to come back cause my stuff was some what there. Very upset for the loss of my collection. There was stuff in there that was not mine. Mattress box spring and 3 backpack of clothes.

I am very pleased with the storage space, and will be moving in more soon. I am appreciative of the new locking mechanism for the storage unit. Very compact and effective.

You can never get a hold of the management. I had to pay two months while the unit was locked from me. I called corporate to ask for a refund or reimbursement till this day. I have not hear back from them. These will be my last month at these location.

Property was pretty clean and in convenient location. Customer service was very attentive regarding my reservation and was able to move in with no issues.

I had an appt to get a new lock at 12pm today! Drove over 45 mins to get here and no one is here and no one will answer the phone! Do not use this location! and I agree with the review below, do not use this facility unless you are certain that you will never a person to be there to help you or speak with someone on the phone from this location for assistance. No one is ever there!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They never returned numerous phone calls, emails and voicemails. The so called property manager is a rude example of unprofessionalism & needs to be fired immediately. Don't recommend ANY public storage. Still was never refunded on a storage I NEVER could get access to as I was sent the wrong access code in an email. I never leave reviews so this shows how much this was warranted. ZERO STARS

I rented an air conditioned unit from here which meant that I needed to a gate code and a door code. I only was sent a gate code with no idea that I needed another code. So, I went back the next day hoping that I could speak to someone but realized that the office is locked and no one was there. I ended up calling the office multiple times and left a voicemail. I found an option that would send you the codes but, it didn't work. The next day I made more calls and still could not speak to an actual person. This is when I realized that if I wanted to speak to someone I'd have to say that I wanted to rent a new unit and not that I needed help. This cycle continued for an entire week of me calling and speaking to customer service who had no idea how to help me. Their solution was for me to leave a voicemail for the property manager. I have left multiple voicemails from the location's line and a voicemail for a direct number. As of writing this (a week later) I have yet to get a call back from any of my messages. I can say with 100% certainty that if you are sure that you will never need assistance or to speak with anyone this is a great place to rent from. If you do end up having problems however, I recommend moving your things to a different facility.

The past couple times I have been to my unit I've noticed two girls cleaning and working at the property. WOW is it looking better. Keep up the good work!

You can change the time i can get inside 9:30 am closed at 6:00pm. That not what our contract said it's from 6:00am until 9:00pm not a text message or anything informing me hours have changed i have to wait 5 more minutes to get in now you are on my time people work those hours your open and closed when we get off work

This facility is a dump and I would not suggest anyone store their things there unless they're your ex wife stuff

The manager is never here or answers the phone(Faith). I have told them several times about the rats. Not even to pay rent can you get someone then they want to cut your locks and make you pay another 20 and the customer service is no help. I will be moving out of here soon! Now that they have changed to KIOSK it’s only going to get worse! This location is poor!

I wasn't expecting the polite service i received today at the location in Grand Prairie off 161 and 30. The young lady this morning was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! She's has great guest service!!

Rented from here for a while I didn’t have a place to put my stuff while figuring out my living situation, the prices were very affordable, my stuff was always in great condition, and the staff has always been very kind to me from a start , especially Clara . If I ever need a storage room again I will come back and defenitly recommend !!

They are infested with rats. They have raised my rent from $60 a month to $95 a month in the year I’ve rented from them. They ask you to rate the place before you’re even in it so that’s why that have a high rating. STAY AWAY. I will be moving all my stuff out of there as soon as I can.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! They are infested with RATS! Office managers are are nice but the upper management could car less. NOTHINGS IS BEING DONE! I rented here over a year ago and after being in the unit for a few months told them I found rat feces in my unit they gave me these little packages to put in the unit. Came back a month later the packages was empty and my things where chewed through. I called the insurance company and they did nothing to help me.

Never have I EVER encountered such poor communication. I called the number listed online to reserve my unit and was quoted a price of 25 maybe 26 dollars a month and that the first month would be $1. Me never having rented a storage facility I'm unaware that this was all fluff just to get me into the store where I was then told the people who do the reservation's over the phone often "misinform" or LIE to potential customers just for them to come in and get screwed over. Somehow so much information was "miscommunicated" that I was stuck paying triple what I was originally quoted and that includes a LATE FEE I was unaware I had because apparently no matter when you moved into your unit the rent for the unit is due on the 1st of every month even though it was previously stated to me it was due every month on or before the day I rented to avoid late fees. THIS WAS ANOTHER LIE smh I'm so frustrated with this whole ordeal and I really just want to be done with public storage because being such I don't needed the added unnecessary stress but I had such a horrible time intially getting all my things there with no help that other than my mother and two small children I don't have the energy or time to put into searching for another unit let alone relocatin all my things it's just unfortunate that i explained to them what I needed what I could afford and what I wanted to avoid and i got the complete opposite they took that as an opportunity to take advantage of my lack of knowledge on this storage renting stuff and roped me into something I'm unfortunately now stuck with because I can't move my things at this point I may end up losing my belongings and all because the workers and management FAILED to PROPERLY inform me as a paying customer.. Smh I would NOT recommend Public Storage to anyone even if you are pressed for time and out of options AVOID THEM AND SEEK ANOTHER FACILITY, sorry to anyone else who may have gotten conned I plan on calling corporate and the better business bureau and filling an official report.

At first I was kind of hesitant to try Public Storage but Cassidy helped me and my biggest concern is “will my stuff be safe?” She assured me all of my belongings will not be tampered with and that the units get cleaned daily when no ones using them. She was super nice and helpful and I’m so glad I came in when she was there!

I've been renting from them since September. They are very customer service oriented the staff I've encountered each time I've gone over to make a payment are quite friendly. I would rent from this location again if it comes down to it and suggest you do add well if needed.

The only reason I’m Editing this Post is because I had an issue with the storage unit and the gate. Clara and Cassidy Helped both my mother an I, and said everything was takin care of , We got a key with a lock and paid for the unit. So Today as we were getting ready to move our things into storage I punched in the Access code for the gate and it told me not Recognised, I did it a few more times and even double checked the numbers and it still said the same thing. We waited until another vehicle came and then we drove in, come to find out they put a yellow lock on the storage we paid for and then we called the customer service number to see what was going on. Customer service representative said that our account was closed out the next day.....so now I have to wait until the office opens again at 9am and asked them why it closed out if the money was takin out of my account, If I don’t get this issue resolved I will not be doing business with this place and I will not recommend anyone to do business with a unorganised facility like this one. This made me mad and now I have to go back home until they open..... This is Ridiculous..............

My storage itself is great, the first month free promotion is a great deal. I have a huge storage(the biggest available) and only pay $98 per month plus insurance which brings it to about $112 a month. A friend of mine has a storage unit with another company and pays $120 a month for a storage unit and its barely half the size of mine...she was shocked when she heard the deal I got on mine. My only complaint is the there is almost never anyone in the actual office. Every single time I go or call there is a "be back at so and so time" and almost every time it's past the time on the sign and there is still no one in sight. The main office is always locked and you can't even access the restroom if no one is in to give you the key. I have called several times and am always forwarded to their voicemail. This is an inconvenience if you come across a issue with your unit or if you want to borrow a dolly or purchase boxes, tape, etc... from the front desk. If you don't think you'll need the help of the front desk then you're good, but for me it's sometimes frustrating to never be able to reach anyone when you need to. For the price tho, I am content.

Gave 5 stars at first but that was before our locker was broken into. They dont have any cameras and I'm sure Becky (not sure if she works there anymore) was in on it. The mandatory insurance helped us out but of course we didnt have pictures and receipts of everything so we could get reimbursed for everything. Besides some of the things stolen were irreplaceable. How can you have a storage facility and not have security cameras? Smh

This has to be the WORST Public Storage! They have changed our lock twice since we've been here. (We are paid up as well) They NEVER answer the phone, and are so rude. Thankfully we are moving out and we have had these folks for 3 years and went from $124-$189! That is where we cut it at! They are not worth it and we have also moved from this area well. Keep your money and time. This location is the worst of the worst! Becky should be fired if she is still here because the last time we came in it was a very unpleasant visit with her.

It apparently takes 30 minutes to LOOK at a unit, and if you show up 5 minutes before closing your out of luck. I don't even know if I want to get one of their units I just wanted to look but that takes too long.

Loved the customer service at this location. Claire is very helpful. She showed us the space to make sure the space works and helped us through the process. Amazing experience! I also like this public storage as all units are at road level and you can drive down to the unit. Very convenient. Highly recommend.

I cant say I will ever use this storage facility again. Upon making my reservation over the phone, I was advised that because of the $1 for the first months rent for a 10X20 would be my best option. When I arrived at the location they tried to talk my in to getting a smaller unit saying I didn't need a unit of that size without even seeing what I had to store. They did not want me to get the promotional rate. I had to be firm and tell them that I did not want the smaller unit I wanted the unit I reserved. It took them almost an hour to complete everything and they still wrote down the gate code wrong. When I advised the agent, she just let me in and said she would call me once it was fixed. When she called she insisted she gave me the correct number and implied I was the incompetent one and had not read the numbers correctly. She clearly wrote them down wrong. In addition to all of this, the staff at the location is rarely available. They informed me that they would be changing the doors for the unit but did not know when. They never informed me after it was changed. So naturally, when I tried to access my unit I could not and they were no where to be found. It was not after hours. The staff leaves at 6 during the week, but they come and go as they please. The location closes at 9pm and there is no way to access your unit after that time. Also, I was advised if you are inside the gate at 9pm, you will be locked in. As of today the entry gate is broken and they have manually locked the premises and they are not here to allow me access. They wont return until 2:45 because they come and go as the please. It is very inconvenient !!! Every time I come to my unit, there is a different issue.

Moving on the12th had to pay full month without refund of end of month. They don't care about customers just profit. Never again use publis storage.

I'll never go anywhere else! The pleasant surprises don't seem to stop. Becky made my move in super easy and made sure I had all of the details right off the bat and made it super easy. My first week moving in, I didn't lock my unit properly, and Carla called me to let me know that they found it during their daily lock check. I've been under a lot of stress, and apparently my memory has suffered terribly as a result, and I completely forgot to pay rent. Becky called to remind me the day before. I began thinking my storage unit would be a huge hassle, but it has only been one of the easiest things I've ever done (besides moving in, that is!). Thank you SSSSOOOO much Becky and Carla!!

Initially the service was fantastic. The price was good the location was convenient and the woman at the counter was very courteous. However I needed after hours access and I was told that my code would be good passed the 9 PM deadline. I showed up with a truck full of storage with movers and was unable to gain access. Apparently she forgot to give me access for 24 hours. Now I am stuck having to pay another day of the movers and an additional storage fee from them. Needless to say, a small mistake ruined what was a great experience at first. The general manager was unresponsive to any of my phone call attempts.

I'm really like like Ashley's customer service she is awesome. Also like that this location is close to work and home.

My only experience thus far is to rent my unit. Terresa was totally awesome! I watched as she "checked out" a departing tenant that appeared to have had a very pleasant experience in renting from this facility. The lady was very appreciative of all that Terresa and others had done to make it a good experience. While I was filling out the paper work, 2 other staff members came in and one could tell that the work environment was good for these folks. My first experience was actually on the phone with the company that helped me to find out if this was going to be a facility that would work for me. The staffer was very informative and friendly as well.
