I am very surprised at the number of negative reviews!! My experience with this facility has been nothing but positive! I have mainly interacted with Dusty, and she is wonderful. She is extremely personable and is always readily available to help in any way that she can. She has really made an impact on me staying at this particular location, and there are many storage facilities closer to my home. Amazing customer service and I highlt reccomemd this location. Ask for Dusty. She will take great care of you!!
Raini was working the Riverfall location in Dallas today and she is awesome! The staff there has not been all that great over the past 2 years, but today Raini just brought a whole new fresh positive attitude and made the experience great!
