I would not recommend this locations. At first Cesar seemed helpful even though online i they booked me for 2 storages instead of one. Over charging me for storing my things but always pushing "LEAVING A REVIEW WITH CEASAR NAME" . I PAID MY RENT ON DEC 28 WITH CEASAR HE SO FOCUSED ON ME LEAVING AN REVIEW FOR HIM NEVER STATING, HEY ALSO YOU WILL HAVE TO MAKE A PAYMENT IN A FEW DAYS. THEN HE GO SAY YOU SHOULD OF READ THE CONTRACT BUT EVERYTIME I PULL UP HES NICE JUST TO GET A REVIEW LOL NOW IM LOCKED OUT LATE FEES SO IM LETTING THE COMMUNITY KNOW HOW HE COMING. Ceasar at public storage got me a good unit he took care of me he was friendly he was Curtis he was a pleasure to talk to, not only that but I came by to his property to complete a reservation for another property about 30 mins away from here. A property that Is closer to my house and business. But due to Ceasars great customer service, friendliness, explaining everything in detail I've decided that this Public storage location is for me. Even though this property is half an hour too far from my home and business. I decided to gladly rent here because the Customer service is one of a kind and 100% worth it.

I like to take the time out to thank Mr Cesar the guy that work at 9555 Forest Lane public storage I had a situation going on where I couldn't get inside my inside storage because somebody was in there with it locked but he got the situation under control and I really appreciate that so five stars to Mr Caesar
Cesar, does a great job at this site, I feel my property is safe and I see his walking around checking the property doors in the morning and evening. I forgot to push the latch and locked it, within an hour I got an email and a phone call personally from him, I didn't lock it properly. I went back and someone can easily push the door up so thankful he notified me in an hour. I also see him walking his dog outside the fence so I know my things are safe with him around. Never see a proactive person like this before.

They never return calls!! They call you when they need something or to remind you of an upcoming bill. They drop the ball each time I call to ask questions about my unit that got broken into. They don't have a problem with raising unit prices but have issues with returning calls. This is my last time ever using Public Storage. I am finally in a position to go get what little things I have left in Texas. I got another call to tell me my unit got broken into again!! 😞 I know for a fact this is a inside job. There is no way a stranger that just randomly pick this place to break into. Whomever keeps doing this they know the area, they know how the buildings are. You must know the push code to each building in order to get in. My unit is directly in front of the camera. They told me each time three times to be exact they can't tell me much I have to make a police report before the cameras can be seen by the cops. I would highly advise do not rent from this place. Please go into the better areas to pick a high quality rental place. I had no choice but to rent here due to my finances. I have never seen this kind of think before ever!! Public storage let alot of us down. It was not just my unit but others. So sad. I am not from Texas I just didn't know the area. I thought it was ok since it was a coded door. Nope lesson learned. People work hard for what they got. It wasn't much in there but it was mine.🥺🙏🏿

The facility itself is top-notch. It was spotless both inside and out, and the unit I rented was perfectly clean and well-maintained the security features, including the gated entry and multiple surveillance cameras, gave me complete peace of mind that my belongings were safe. The customer derives was great I meet a lady Brittany Willam’s she gave me the best experience of finding a good unit for reasonable prices.

I know my review is kinda late but i just want people to know that you need to always check your storage because me i always pay on time for 5 years thinking my property are safe but when i came back to visit my storage they change my lock and some of my small items are missing. I really don’t understand why they change it considering i don’t owe them anything and they want to charge us in order for them to open our storage for us and when we say its ok we are just gonna try something else to open the lock then miraculously they find the key to unlock it. It’s just weird that they change my lock. Be careful

Actually should be a negative One!! This place is horrible!! Especially if you have your items in the climate controlled units. They break in constantly and they then punish the paying tenants with limited hours. Probably so they can hide the breakins!! Sad!! So if you want your items stolen please feel free to use this place..just look around at the area!!! You try call the upper management and no call back. It's just a sad sad sad place!!

7/22 EDIT: Unit robbed. Internal job. Returned 3 weeks after occupying a unit. My lock was gone/changed to a facility lock and 1/4th of my things were taken in the climate controlled area behind a 2nd keycode. This was the second until I was assigned, because the first unit in the outdoor area had a busted metal latch that a lock could not secure. I'm devastated.

I don’t even know where to start….
I do NOT recommend this public storage. Moved everything in my unit because I’m moving apartments and waiting on my new apartment to be ready. Moved my belongings in January and didn’t have any problems until May. I had got a call from the property regarding payment. Paid the rent went up there days later to grab things from the unit. Pulled up to my unit and there was a green lock on it, not noticing my personal lock wasn’t there. Proceeded to the front office for a male worker to tell me their systems were down and he couldn’t pull up my unit to make sure it was paid in full because of it. But wanted to know what unit I was in. That seemed strange, why did that matter if your systems were down… Left the property and kept falling to see was the green lock they placed in my unit still on before going up there no response.
Two weeks go by and I finally got a hold of someone at the office and went up there to find that the green lock they placed on my unit was a replacement lock because “ a worker found my unit without a lock “ how?? When I supplied my own personal lock. And at that moment I knew they broke into it.
The office worker walked over to my unit with me and when he opened it my unit was destroyed! They took everything that I earned and worked hard for and the worker had no sympathy for me. Told me I could call the cops but they probably wouldn’t come like I have never experienced such. Proceeded to tell me the gate was “ broken “ during the time my only unit got broken into. Definitely screams inside job! They left the hammer they used to break the lock and the lock which is now in possession with the police for handprints :)
FAST FOWARD to July 1st: I haven’t been to the unit since, the property left the green lock on and I replaced the unit with the original lock they supply, they managed to break into the unit a SECOND time!
People constantly steal your property in your unit but they hound you about your money even when you’re stuff is stolen don’t want to replace your lock atleast and no one is never at the office constantly up prices I hate it here

I've had my door broken into and my belongings stolen multiple times in a month.
The boy who works here is a very bad person. There were five of us in the office, and all of our doors were broken. When you come to the office, They are told to you report it to the police. But the police never come. You may have to wait for seven hours.
So this is not your best option, public storage. But if you store things here, you can be 100% sure that your belongings will be stolen.

Storage unit was broken into less than a week of having it. If I could give no stars, I would.
DO NOT GET A STORAGE HERE!!! THEY ARE BREAKING INTO STORAGES & EMPLOYEES SOME HOW DONT C ANYTHING NOR DOES THE CAMERAS WORK!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME & MONEY!!! MY STORAGE WAS BROKEN INTO 01/2025. I HAD TO FIND OUT ALONG WITH 6 OTHER PEOPLE MY STORAGE WAS BROKEN INTO! OVER 13 PEOPLE SINCE THEN HAVE HAD THERES BROKEN INTO! IF U KNOW SOMEBODY WITH STUFF AT THIS LOCATION TELL THEM TO MOVE IT ELSEWHERE RIGHT NOW!
The management is a scam here. They intentionally brake the units and steal the stuff. Big cheaters i never suggest anyone storing anything in public storage. Insurence is a joke I am waiting from a month no response. The guy working there is a joke and scrap (looks blind )have a big doubt in him. Anyway storing here is like paying a rent for them and giving all your essentials to them. [I will give account big 0]

I've had a storage closet or locker at this particular location a number of times over years. Each time with different needs to be made. People from this community remember when it was a privately run company called, SECURITY SELF STORAGE. It was 24 hour access then and some actually lived on property. You could always find an employee if not the acting manager on site. Now as it operates as Public Storage not so much. The line of communication is poor even with the customer service hotline. It's average at best. (I'm being nice) the pricing is reasonable but approaching the pricey level. Overall 3 stars

the fact that I got everything that I owned stolen out of my locker and not getting anything back although they get a three-star because of their customer service , they did the best they could,, public storage needs to update their buildings and properties to better protect the people who rent there

This place was amazing! It was so easy to get in and out of! Only downside is I wish there was a person working in the front office full time. But otherwise my experience was amazing and totally recommend this place!
Units get broken into ALL THE TIME here. My lock has been cut off three times in one year. Management might notice a few days later and give me a call. They don't file police reports and they don't look at their camera footage. Probably isn't even recording. Don't store anything you care about here.
Don't bother reading the terms and conditions either. Management won't abide by them here.
if i could give zero stars i would. items were stolen out of storage when lock was changed some of my childs sentimental items from his father that passed away.they thought that the storage was going to be sold and stole items first .we know it was someone that worked there will be removing our stuff.

(Reply to comment from I’m assuming corporate) Yes but there is no reason I can’t call and ask it’s been many years and things change I only wanted some info and got none. Me being a customer I felt like I did Not receive the service I feel I should’ve received.
