Alex was nice. I have experienced great service. Storage building door knob was broken. It was a little bit outdated, but the inside was clean. Even though I came back after one year and a half, it was dust free in my unit that I had been rented. I have nothing to complain about service. People were kind and helpful.

Bizarre Layout, Poor Accessibility, and Outdated Facilities
I recently rented a storage unit at this Public Storage location, and unfortunately, the experience has been far from ideal. The property is old and run-down, which is an issue in itself, but the biggest problem is the layout. The floors are not leveled, and there are small stairs or steps scattered across what is supposed to be the same floor. This makes it incredibly difficult to navigate, especially when moving heavy items.
I was unable to use the carts provided to transport my belongings because these steps completely block access to the units, and there’s no ramp or alternative path available. This means you’re left carrying heavy boxes and furniture by hand, which defeats the purpose of having a cart in the first place.
The overall condition of the property and the poor design make storing anything here a hassle. I would not recommend this location if you need easy access or plan to store heavy or bulky items.
Storage experience was horrible here it’s a dirty property with bugs all over the place the manager is always on her phone or never there and when she is there she talks to me like im bothering here do not store public storage but if you do definitely don’t go to this property it’s actually really bad

Prices are very inexpensive depending on the size you need and just know they have a vast amount of sizes to choose from and Krystal the property manager is highly professional and willing to assist will all matters regarding units, account assistance and just details of stuff you have questions about the property. Whoever runs this place has no clue how to run a, I emptied my unit so I can close my account no one was there at the office, so I called them later asking to close my account they didn't do their job someone else dump trash in my unit, few days later they called me saying that I was responsible for that trash, I went back again no one at the office nobody answer the phone I ended up cleaning it

Security is non existent,
Door was broken and anyone could go in with out any passcode and of course they did had my storage locker broken into and the police said that this location gets that a lot be very cautious!
