There was a management change and the experience dramatically improved. Candie was super helpful and even gave me her direct contact and personally met me while I accessed my unit. She and Kim and Jeremiah have been very responsive. They’ve been working to get the elevator fixed daily and it’s not fixed.

Tanya was great when I moved in 2024. She is at a different location now.
I called three times last week, yesterday, this morning, and this afternoon. No answer. I leave a message with my unit, call back number and topic. No call back. This is consistent with my experience. So unprofessional.

It's July 2025. I called them five times this week including just now at 11:50am. There's no answer. I cannot get access to the building. Movers are coming. So unprofessional.
Candie and Cris were a great help despite the day started with us having to use the stairs they let us know as soon as it was fixed. Great service .

Much to my surprise, I got a very quick response from Sara who proactively made an adjustment without having to fight for it. It was a true pleasure dealing with a consummate professional who really understands and practices great customer service. She exemplifies true customer service and genuine care-a rarity these days Sara is quite an outstanding asset to this company. And because of her, you have earned my loyalty and trust. A well-deserved 5 stars!

We've been renting here for several months and needed to make a change to our account.
I left a message, and in a short time Sara called me back and said she was available.
We met her at the office, and she went above and beyond to accommodate us.
In the midst of dealing with all the issues that come with an aging parent, Sara made crossing this box off our list very easy. I don't write reviews but I'm so grateful I felt it was the least I could do.

I have had my storage for six years since it was park Forest storage. Recently Public Storage took over and I did not expect the same service that I had had with Park Forest but what a pleasant surprise to know that they have great caring agents Like Tanya! She is five stars across the board. I accidentally left my storage open and she looked up my number and That it was unlocked and at first, I didn’t understand what she was saying because I know that I had locked it, but I had locked it incorrectly. She patiently and I know it took her about five minutes, very patiently, not condescending at all explain to me what was going on and why this unit was unlocked. I finally understood and I was able to get over there later and fix that issue and yes, my storage was unlocked but thanks to Tanya I ended up correcting that issue.
I recently got another storage for a family member and worked with Andrew and he is five stars across the board. He is very knowledgeable. Almost a little bit like a robot but that’s OK. He took the time to help us fill out the paperwork get everything signed, and he had a pleasant voice And a great demeanor.
