Easy peasy, also easy for me to get to unit and affordable.
No customer service what so ever. The prices are ridiculous. My storage rent is up 600% in 3 years. Most of all there's no carts to help you move your stuff. Also the air is never on, the climate control is like 90°. Do not rent here.
I had been renting a unit at this location and decided to move to a smaller unit. Called the customer service number (there is typically no employee on site at this location) and explained what I wanted to do and the date I wanted to make the move. They were helpful and walked me through the changes. A few days later, two days before I had scheduled the move, I received a call from a person who identified herself as an assistant manager at the location and said I was subject to additional charges because I had not moved yet. When I explained the transaction and what I had planned -with the full knowledge of the customer service rep - she said that I had been given bad information from them, said it was “against company policy,” and that the customer service representatives often gave out erroneous information. She said she was trying to prevent me from having additional charges but her attitude was very confrontational.
I made the move as planned, but the conversation left a bad impression of Public Storage and that location.
Malisimo servicio siempre que llaman se despiden y nunca y nunca te ayudan son estafadores.
Clean space but the constant rent increases is ridiculous, it be different if it was $15 extra but going up over $50 and this time $100 higher than what I was paying is stupid.
I moved into this facility 6 months ago. No complaints about the facility. Then out of the blue they send me a 28% rate increase. I called immediately on the last day of June and she said call in July and ask for it to be lowered to what it originally was. So I called in July and they said they can't lower it until July 31st so call back then. Then I call back on July 31st and they say they can't lower it. Conveniently the new rate kicks in on Aug 1st so now I have to hussle to move out.
Also, good luck getting to speak with an actual person. The only way I could figure it out was to go through the sales channel and then ask to be transferred.
If you look online you can see Public Storage systematically screws their customers like this with unreasonable rate hikes after the first 6 months once someone has done the work of moving in. According to some reviews this is only the first of many increases, so it's best to stay away and find an alternate storage company.
Great customer service, very kind staff greeted me and answered all my questions. Sonya was a huge help and was very welcoming!!
Raini is super helpful. She’s very polite and professional. I’d definitely recommend everyone come to this location specifically cause of her.
Raini was very helpful with what's going on with my daughter's unit. Couldn't have asked for better service.
They go up and up and up on rates. Today found out my storage unit was broken into and I have no access to it . They are scammers and will take advantage of you. Both my locks were cut off and I think it was an inside job. Will be calling the police shortly .
The worst customer service. Called to cancel my unit over a month ago, left my unit opened since im a travel nurse I had my family/friends help me take stuff out that week. Received this email, which I was fine with that since I’m taking things out.I was wasn’t in town I’m working, I get a message from family saying it’s locked therefore aren’t able to take anything out. I got back April 3rd to see if the storage knows who the lock belongs too. They give me the code to open, now I get a charge on my account, I called to see what the charge was they let me know I’m responsible for the FULL month of April since I didn’t get back in town sooner (3days late, since they had put the lock), I informed them about their email stating they weren’t locking it, which caused a delay. They tried to say they’ll never send an email because their policy states THEY WILL LOCK IT IF LEFT OPENED, which this states otherwise.
Great customer service with people who care. They have been very helpful throughout my time with them. Cheryl and Sonya have been amazing. They listened to me and helped me through my rental process. True gems 💎!!!
The girl I think her name was Raini helped me she was sweet an very helpful! The property was very clean.
Omg the girl I think her name was Destoni, she was amazing! I could marry her she was so helpful to me. And the place is clean and I have no complaints. That girl deserves a raise.
The property is VERY clean and was pleased with what I’ve seen. Destoni was such a help as well and would continue to recommend her to others as well for the experience that I received!
The facility was very clean. I needed help finding my unit and Destoni was able to help me.
Sonya is fantastic. Life has thrown me some curve balls over the past couple years, and I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve been trying to transfer my unit to a different unit for months. Frustratingly, I ran into endless issues - with PS’s site, the kiosks, trying to find a manned location, and so on. Today, I mustered the wherewithal to try one more time, vowing to sever my yearslong relationship with Public Storage if this time didn’t work.
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t optimistic. However, Sonya called me back (I left a vmail) in record time, and my only “complaint” is that I didn’t get to deal with her months ago!!
She was extremely personable, helpful, and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions about the transfer process — and anticipating questions I didn’t even know I should ask! And, when I mentioned my previous issues, she immediately knew what had happened and gave an explanation; that’s the kind of product knowledge that only comes from experience.
Her representation of Public Storage has restored my confidence in the company, and set a brighter tone for my day. All you can really ask for from a customer service rep is that they’re polite and helpful, meaning she chose to go above and beyond that because it’s just the kind of person she is.
Public Storage management, take note: Sonya is the type of rep to hang onto, AND appreciate. 10 out of 5 stars!
(And Sonya, if you see this - stay fantastic, and don’t let life wear you down!! Everything truly does happen for a reason — and the ripple effect your kindness and competence has already had on my day is a prime example.)
Went to get something out of storage. Someone had tried to break my lock and enter, but the attempt was unsuccessful. Was able to remove the lock, but it was now unusable. The slide that I used to open the door was also damaged. Had to go to another location to speak to a manager. They will send a maintenance person to repair the damage to the door. They also gave me a new lock 🔐 for free. We went back and attached the new lock to the door. Asked the manager to closely monitor the security cameras in the area near my unit.
Raini is the absolute best! She has always been super sweet and answers all my questions. She deserves a raise just because she deals with me. Thank you Raini for everything!
So far so good. I loved the contactless check in and the insurance being available to add on. Good availability in a short notice. We needed a storage unit quickly do to unforeseen life events and they really came through.
Word of advice- DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY OR BUSINESS. I’ve always paid early or right on time and realized I was charged $50 for “insufficient fees” AFTER the payment had been processed for DAYS. When I tried to email I was ignored, and when I chatted in the representative ended the chat when she didn’t feel like answering my questions. This is absolutely ridiculous and SUCH A SCHEME.
Stopped by to make my payment, I rent at another location and was in the area. Alex was so sweet and friendly and The property looked beautiful.
