I had a storage locker there for about a week it got broken into before i could raise the insurance and over 5k worth of items got stolen. Then was told the police were called and it was over 4 hours before they showed up if they did i was never sent any information on it and still can't get a hold of anyone there so i don't waste my time driving there. And the insurance company with public storage isn't even attempting to get with them to check for the police report. And i still had to pay for the month.

If I could give this experience a zero i would my mother made a reservation last night before close and we were coming to pay this morning. We show up to pay with our movers at 915am and the person that promised to be here couldn't help us out and someone else was supposed to come help us 3 hours later we are still waiting for assistance been in the phone all morning and still no access....

There is one thing important to me when considering a storage unit. The ability to access my unit. Public storage sold me two faulty locks. I have been unable to access my storage unit for a week. I have been notified it will take 2-3 weeks to cut through the lock for entry. No concession provided or willingness to assist. Inept employees with horrible customer service.

My storage unit in the A block flooded. Then they offered me another unit and it also flooded. Each time the staff acted shocked. But then rented the unit out again, without repairs, knowing it will flood again. I had to file with insurance and had to repeatedly ask staff to confirm there was water damage because they didn't include the flooding in their official report.

Definitely the best storage experience I’ve ever had! Super clean property, everything was done online and I was given all the correct information i.e gate code, storage number with a map to my unit. When I got to my unit, there was a lock inside(you pay upfront for) in that impossible plastic BUT it was already cut for me. When you’re moving, little things like that hit different. All I can say is whoever works in that office takes the time to make sure it’s easy! Thanks❤️

I was really impressed by the excellent customer service received at this location. I have seen a lot of different public storage sites and manager I talked to I believe the property manager was more than help going out of her way to ensure my satisfaction. The only complaint is that the office seemed basic as if corporate didn't give them as big a budget idk. I would highly recommend stopping by if ur in need of storage facilities.

The woman at the desk yelled as her normal and said that it's just the way she speaks, while watching a person in pain after being informed that loud voices cause migraines. Whatever, the place was good to hold onto my stuff when I had a very small apartment.

Pam was very friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward with pricing and recommendations. Pam was happy to show us our unit and explained to us in detail our insurance policy and the ease of using the Public Storage app. I would highly recommend speaking to Pam about renting a unit here.

Tamara, who is new (or has returned) to this location was very helpful to me. I needed to pay my bill and upgrade the size of my storage unit. I was going to go from a 5x10 to a 10x10 but she recommended a 10x15 that was much closer to my old unit and actually better suited to the size I needed after all. Glad to know her, and very satisfied with my experience at this location over the last 5 months.

I hate giving negative reviews... But this location is a shady operation. The lock to my unit was clearly replaced since my last visit. My key will not work. The office will not confirm they went into the space. I was forced to drill the lock and buy a new lock from the office. Upon opening the door the remnants of the original lock (post drilled) was on the floor inside the space. Not happy. The office made no records of when and why they entered the space.

If I could give half a star I would. This has been the most unpleasant experience and I cannot wait until our property is moved! Initially things were ok however there have been a couple instances where I have arrived and the gate was not properly functioning or there was not anyone in the office during business hours but all in all those were minor issues. Last week however I called and spoke with Joana on two separate occasions and not once did she relay important information regarding my account which led us driving 30 minutes out the way for no reason. We will be filing an official compliant as well as vacating the unit immediately. Now I see why this was the cheapest of all locations and if I am ever in need of another unit I will definitely look elsewhere.

They didnt charge to much and the lady that works in the front is cool people (fine)

Great Service! Joanna was very attentive, thorough, and had a great personality! She answered all of my questions, walked with me through the property and made sure my codes worked before I left. I was not pestered with additional products that I didn't need, they offered to sell me additional moving products but no pressure. The area seemed quiet and I would use this location again if only for the great customer service!

The manager is professional and quick to get you through the process. I would highly recommend to use a GPS as the facility can be a bit difficult to get to. The place is quiet and clean and the deals are better than most other public storages I looked at
