My experience here today was amazing! I’m moving this week and needed a storage space last minute. I received a promotional of $1 plus $29 as a first time customer and Erica was extremely helpful and sweet!

I don't know yet. I rented a storage room but didn't need it afterall so I called for a refund. After a second call , there is a dispute opened to get my money. So it looks like I won't get it back since I have to keep calling.
The worst public storage I have ever been to in my entire life. It sinks, access codes don't work and don't bother calling, phone number is for decoration purposes only.
Posted business hours are from 9:30 am to 5 pm. I was outside waiting from 9:30 until 1 pm with office closed and no one answering the phone. Will be contacting corporate.
Terrible. Just terrible. Staff is NEVER in office and phone calls just put me in the loop of the same thing over and over again. I waited outside for nearly 2 hours waiting for a staff member. I was also limited to being here until 5PM while everyone else is limited to 9PM. Driving a couple extra miles is definitely worth it for a completely different public storage that isn’t this one. Not to mention the area is completely filled with the aroma of deer ankle and raccoon feet.
Terrible management. No one is ever at the office. Don't even deserve the one star.
In February this year, I rented a storage unit at Public Storage to store some of my belongings. After May, I went abroad and didn't visit the storage unit. Around July 20th, when I wanted to retrieve my items from the storage, I found that my key couldn't open the lock. During this time, I used WD40 to lubricate the lock, but still couldn't open my storage unit.
I inquired with customer service, and they suggested either finding a locksmith or having them cut the lock open. To have the lock cut, I needed to sign a consent form, which I did on July 22nd. On July 25th, the storage facility staff notified me that they had cut the lock and replaced it with the new lock I provided.
When I went to open the storage unit, I found two cut locks on the ground. One was the lock I had lubricated with WD40. I tried inserting the key to see if it would work, which of course it didn't. But when I inserted my key into the other cut lock, I found it worked perfectly normal. I felt very uncomfortable at that moment. This means anyone could damage my storage lock without my consent and replace it with a very similar lock.
I went to ask the office staff, and they only told me to check if anything in the storage had been stolen. What does this imply? They seemed unwilling to take any responsibility for this behavior, which made me completely lose trust in this company.

Did reservation on line, requested climate control unit. I got there unit is outside and is not size I requested. Management did not care to help fix issues without additional cost. Wouldn't recommend this location.
We have been renting units from this location for many years. We have never had any problems and are always met with courtesy and kindness from the on site manager Veronica, she’s the best! I highly recommend this public storage location

I use the wrong storage and was terrified I had lost all my belongings but thanks to VERO an employee on Marsh public storage was able to locate my belongings and helped me to get my account accurate and paid. So grateful for her support and help. If you ever need a storage go to Public Storage on Marsh and Rosemeade. She’s great on customer service and knowledgeable on the storage space. Very Professional

Good management. However I have an issue with the constant increase in rental fees. Totally unacceptable. There is no way costs have increased at the same rate as their fees.
Therefore I am removing my stored items and taking my business elsewhere.
Veronica was very helpful when I got locked out of the building and couldn't lock my unit. Kept my stuff safe and sound until I could get back to put my lock back on.
There was a little hiccup in the beginning but Vero made it right and then some! Def love the customer service!

I came in on a very stressful situation. Initially I did not want to have to deal with standing at a desk to get this done , but luckily I had Hunter helping me! He was nice , had every piece of information for me, and turns out it was his 1st day! Which I didn’t even know till I was leaving. Alex and hunter got me everything I needed and had me on my way in no time at all! Would recommend this location to everyone needing storage space!
Valerie and Ed at the public storage in Carrollton on Marsh Lane were extremely helpful and had excellent attitudes, I highly recommend them.
My initial experience was great. I didn’t have any issues until it was time to move out. I called and told the representative that answered the phone that I moved out of my unit on 5/26. Public Storage requires that you inform them of your intent to vacate by the 28th of the month. The representative said that he would put it in the system and I would receive an email confirming the move out. I never received the email but thought that I should be fine since I spoke with an actual human. 7 days later, I receive a notification from my bank that I was charged by Public Storage. I try to call this Public Storage location several times but I am unable to get a hold of anyone. So I drive to the location. I arrive somewhere around 4 pm on a Friday afternoon. There isn’t anyone in the office. There is a phone number on the door that says call this number if you need assistance. I call the number but I am unable to get a hold of anyone. I eventually call the customer service number and they tell me that they do see that I called in the appropriate amount of time to say that I had moved out. I am currently waiting on a refund. I’ll be back in a couple days to provide and update.

Something spilled in the hall and into my daughter's storage and the clerk was unaware but mention to my daughter that she would have to pay for the mess. In addition, the clerk got an attitude because we demanded the mess be completely cleaned up. In fact, I myself cleaned what the clerk didn't clean.
Just left this place close to closing time Valerie was AMAZING! This was my first time getting a storage she extended herself and was very patient! Most definitely recommend her she went the extra mile for us and smiled the entire time! Thank you sooooo much 10/10 highly recommend!

On the other hand, I met Jennifer while she was on property duty recently (one of the few times I had seen someone other than renters) and I have to give her props for her professionalism, friendliness and eagerness to provide service. Additionally, I met Valerie and, although the interactions were very brief, I got the same vibe of professionalism and interest to improve the customer experience from her as well. For this reason, I am giving 5 stars
I hope, as the new manager, Valerie will address the concerns mentioned in my first rating. .
This is 1 of 2 reviews.To make me happy as a customer, I want a manager on-site during the posted hours of operation, a heads-up to inform me about changes to unit access times resulting from renovations (or whatever the case may be) so I don’t waste my time visiting my unit to only find out I can’t get to my property once I am there and the grounds to be kept litter free. Since my first month of rent in July, this has NOT been the case. I will say the new paint job and renovated office look nice but it’s hard to really appreciate it when there is an obstacle course of furniture and trash I have to navigate around to get to my unit. Because of the aforementioned, my rating is 1.

When I arrived to facility it's was closed and nobody at the office, manager not picking up a phone. Was waiting over an hour and still nobody...1 star!
No one will ever get your stuff. Not even you. Need help with a problem? Don't worry, no one will be in the office during office hours. Gate has been broken all weekend: the weekend I needed to move out. If you want professionalism and service, try a different location.
Easiest transaction without personal interaction I've ever had by far. Easy to find unit and love that they have ramps and stairs, the ramps are a major help. I like the security door as well. The app makes things much easier too.

Very based and personable. I’ve only run into friendly staff and have received good service from Public Storage but Skye takes the cake, staying on the line waiting to confirm for emails to arrive, the works. 10/10, 5-stars out of 5-stars
