I called to get an idea what the storage size was. This location typically does not have a full-Time attendant. I called the number on the kiosk door: got a nice person to set me up with a reservation to see the property. Robert met me less than 1 hour after and was super nice and showed me what I needed. I will be renting at this location and give them kudos for their customer service.

I was having trouble getting into the lot and then the unit. It was late, I was tired and VERY hot. The customer service reps on the kiosk were very helpful, pointed in the right direction. When I still couldn’t get into the unit, Robert (@ the storage facility on Josey in Carrollton) was very helpful!
Got some bad news about a recent storm. There was flooding all through the section of the building our household belongings are in. We met with one of the managers there, Veronica, who was very good to us while we inspected our things. As it turns out, our unit did not get flooded. The bad news is that we are having to evacuate so they can do reparations on the building.
Veronica found us a new unit of the same size with climate control at a nearby location. She even shopped around a bit to make sure we were getting the best price possible. They are also providing movers to help us load and unload our stored items, which include some heavy furniture. Although the truck rental is on us, the offer to waive our first month at the new unit will more than compensate for that.
