I been renting from this place for about 7 months and my lock got cut off and some very valuable stuff my grandpa gave me before he passed came up missing and they can’t do nothing about this makes me very sad to know that my stuff is not safe here
There were someone who break my lock and they even don't care. They just call me and put new lock and they even didn't bother to file police complain as I took insurance from them only. I loose some thing which is in storage as I was in another state. So please find other better storage instead of public storage(6117 Charlotte Pike,Nashville, TN 37209).
Lily is the best public storage worker ever!!!! I came in and i didnt know anything and by the time i left i could run a store myself. She is very smart and polite. She explained everything down to a T. As long as she is at public storage i will be too. And im going to tell all my friends and family if they have to store anything go see lily. I am most likely the longest renter at this facility as when I started it was Cornerstone... the people have come and gone and the ownership has changed but what I can say is the current group running this location are amazing... They stepped up when I needed a hand the most and came through for me when they didnt have to... THAT is customer service!! If you need a place... this is it... you've found it!! I was there for over a year, rent goes up quickly, the units have locks issued to you, the units can be opened with a claw hammer, no key needed, mine was broken into and my stuff was trashed. The storage place business took zero actions to do anything about it. Go there if you want a crackhead to steal from you.

I just moved out from Public Storage 5 days ago. I had a great experience there. I always felt like my property was safe. Lily was very helpful, sweet and thorough before moving in. She also called me when a payment was due to make sure that I avoided a late fee. I had an indoor unit and was a little worried at first about moving in and out large items but had enough space in the doorway and the hallways to move everything. 10/10 would rent again!

Lily is totally awesome! She's always positive and energetic. This locations up keep is amazing and is always super clean; even the Hallways! The District Manager Sara is always a big help and as a team they will always try their hardest to help out with any issues you may have.
So happy I got a spot here. I reserved online and when I arrived the one I wanted wasn't available. (it's first come first serve) but they offered me a larger one for the same price. Lily (who signed me up) was super friendly and knowledgable. No gimmicks, no trying to convince you to get something you don't need. Pretty straight forward. Also the CLEANEST storage units I've ever seen. I was impressesd. Especially with the ability to part and access codes. Thanks again!!
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable! Lily helped me prepare for receiving contents of a storage unit I’m having shipped from Arizona to Nashville. It was a very pleasant experience to reserve a unit, which was done online. The unit was ready as promised without surprises. The paper work was straightforward and quick. The facility is very clean and well maintained. I have dealt with storage units in various cities, including different states. It is refreshing to have a customer-orientated service in regards to rental facilities. Public Storage off Charlotte Pike rates “Five-Stars” in my book.
WARNING...do NOT use this facility if you expect good customer service. You will not receive it! When we called about a pro-rated refund upon vacating our storage unit (a monthly payment was automatically withdrawn on 11/3 and we moved out on 11/5), the self-identified "Manager" at the site said she couldn't help us, REFUSED to provide her name and ACTUALLY HUNG UP on my husband! We were shocked, to say the least. Completely unprofessional and HORRIBLE customer service. I have filed a formal complaint with their corporate office.

OK Granted most of the stuff I have is common household items but it's mine and it needs to be safe. I've stored stuff for years at many different locations but with my items under Lilys care I've never felt more confident. The facility is clean and secure and one of the best places I've ever stored at. The prices are fair and competitive with every other storage place in town. I highly recommend this storage facility.

Both ladies were professional with excellent customer service skills. They were very helpful in getting my things in the storage unit coming from a POD. This spot is great if you only intend to stay 1-2 months. Otherwise it’s overpriced and more interested in making a dollar than fostering relationships. My experience was one where I was charged a late fee for something that was out of my control and rather than reverse it because it was the right thing to do, I was told that if I posted a pleasant review it would be reversed. Don’t waste your time with this greedy company.

This property is similar to other Public Storage properties I have used in the past. What was different was Monica's incredible customer service. She made the whole experience pleasant and seamless.
I initially went with Public Storage because online it was advertised as cheaper for a larger space. However, when I got there, they didn't have any climate controlled units available (even after calling me two days in a row to see when I would be coming in to sign my lease). When I asked for a comparable unit at a sister location, the employee couldn't guarantee the same rate at another store even though it was their mistake. Also, the closest place with a similar unit was almost in Antioch. Just terrible all around. Went to the ExtraSpace Storage next door. Don't waste your time here.
I was very appreciative of the staff and help that they provided me. Would do business with Public Storage in future and recommend them.

Originally, i reserved a unit at a location that is planning on being demolished soon. I got a call from a representative willing to work with me on finding a new location that was still convenient for me. I was able to get 50% off of the firsts month rent and got excellent service! The manager on site, Raina who helped me with the rental process was delightful and very helpful. Overall i have had a pleasant experience.
I put almost all my belongings in unit 32C in June when I moved to Tennessee. I went on Sat 7/29 to remove everything. The unit had mud and standing water in it. I have furniture, Mattress and Box Spring and many boxes ruined. Anything that was on the floor has mold and is wet and muddy. When I told the person at the desk she said I hope you took out insurance. Does insurance help when a 100 year old dresser that was my grandmothers has mold and is warped? Does it replace the pictures of people that have passed? I paid a lot of money to have a mover bring these items and now I have to go out and buy new things while I wait for my complaint to be processed. I will never use Public Storage again.

I've dealt with other storage facilities before, this one by far is my favorite...great location (for me)! Laura was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the storage units while checking me in. I give her 5 stars. You just don't find good customer service like that anymore.

Tiffany Jewkes was awesome. She was very professional and explained everything to me in great detail. I will definately rent from public storage again because of this good and easy experience. Moving is already tough as it is but now I can rely on public storage to aid me in my future moves. Even the boxes were cheap and on sale so that just made everything better. The place looked great and the unit was a great price too. Loved everything about the experience and loved the friendly attitude and knowledgeable responses from tiffany. Nothing reflects more highly upon a business then a clean property, great prices and a friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Kenzie, the manager was most helpful when I went in the other day to inquire about the storage units. She was helpful in showing me the sizes and the prices of the units. She also showed me all the supplies that I might need when I do have to put my things in storage next month. She was a very outgoing person and made you feel very comfortable. This is the first time I have had to use a storage place and was hesitant but she made me feel very secure that my belongings would be safe.

Lucy, the manager at this location, went above and beyond to make our experience at Public Storage most enjoyable. She is what customer service is all about, polite, kind, funny, helpful, knowledgeable and mostly to me, about getting us the best deal for our money. We have used other storage companies before and this was by far our best experience. The facility was very clean all the units still looked new and the security gates were all working as they should. So if you need a good safe clean and cheap place to store your stuff go see Lucy and she'll do you right!!!! Thanks Lucy, you are fantastic keep up the good work and I know your business will thrive!!!!:-)

Lucy is a spectacular company representative. She makes you feel comfortable and most important, truly taken care of. With her at the helm I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who wants to know and will do so around the neighborhood in particular. Brooklyn, by the way, is pretty cool too!
First off, I had to reschedule my reservation several times and they were so understanding and even gave me courtesy calls to remind me of my reservation day. Micky is a great help. She broke down the payment structure, fees, and rules quickly and easily. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. So Far So Good!
