Amazing experience here, especially for holding college storage. My only complaint is the app sometimes didn’t let me access the elevator, but the access code always worked! Would definitely use this location again because of how easy and how kind Juston was!

My experience at Publix STORAGE 825 third Avenue, Nashville, Tennessee Tennessee upon arriving on the property and in the office Juston was extremely polite friendly informative answered all of my questions and multiple units so that I can get a better idea of exactly which size of unit I might need. moving is a very stressful situation but Juston was very upbeat and made the experience very easy and stressfree. He was extremely thorough showing me how to utilise the codes for the entry doors as well as codes for the elevators which is quite a confusing process with one call button for two elevators with two keypad boxes . Juston was very patient and was very detailed showing me everything with the codes because had he not shown me I would’ve been very confused but he walked me through the entire process from AZ hands down five star plus plus plus rating

I wanted to let Public Storage know that Juston is a truly excellent manager an invaluable member of your team at your 825 3rd Avenue South location in Nashville. Juston recently helped us with a couple of challenges and did so with such kindness, diligence and professionalism. What a refreshing change from the normal lack of customer service at other businesses! As long as I need storage units, they will be with Public Storage, and this is because of Juston! I highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage. It’s clean, safe and extremely well run.
We use this location for my company's main storage, staff are super friendly and helpful, and the security with the coded doors and elevators is nice as well.

2 months ago a new gentleman showed up to run the facility..his name is Juston... This man is first class in customer service... He goes beyond helping every single customer including myself. Many times I've thought about leaving this facility because of the roughness of the area... After meeting him there's no way I'm ever leaving. So thank you to him and know that I'm a customer for life.

I've had a great experience here. Started with a 5x10 but realized I needed more space and better access which happened to be right as the college semester ending which made inventory tight. Juston was super helpful in showing me available units multiple times and went above and beyond in getting me in the perfect space as soon as it became available. Excellent customer service and property management.
While I understand the frustration with the access hours ending at 6pm/5pm weekdays, given the location close to downtown, I'd rather lose some convenience and have stricter hours and know my property is safe with helpful staff available.
Elevators were broken and I was on a time crunch. The manager on duty, Crystal I think, was extremely helpful. She was working hard to resolve the issue and was able to find an open first floor space for me since i hadn’t moved anything in. A+ for customer service
Update: Rent went up 50% within a couple months, up 75% after a year. Shady business practices. Will not do business with them again.
I personally would not recommend this place to a single soul, ESPECIALLY a college students. Absolutely the worst moving/storage situation I’ve had to deal with. They close ridiculously early & storage is not accessible outside of office hours. When I went the following morning everything was still ridiculously complicated at 11am/12 pm. There was nobody in the office to assist, ALONG with the carts being locked in the office there was no way to transport heavy things on the elevator. Overall very unprofessional, annoying, & just simply draining. It took me 3 whole hours to move everything. However when I was finally assisted after being there for over an hour, JOE was a great help & very sweet! I can tell its not entirely on the employees but also a corporate issue. They just dont care for the customers!
Juston helped me use the elevator and kept me calm down. He let us still transfer the stuffs even the set time is closed.
Big thanks for dear Juston!!! He is so nice and helpful! We arrived a little bit later than office hours because of the bad traffic but he still helped us to get in and assisted us all the way.

I want to SHOUT OUT JUSTON!!!! We arrived 8 mins to closing. I was a little frustrated after being on the road for 8 hrs to realize that the elevators would shut down at 6pm sharp. He came out and told me he would stay after so I could get my daughter's stuff into her storage unit. I really appreciate what he did for us. He also helped some other students who were frantic calm down and allowed them to finished unloading their U-Haul. I could tell they were foreign exchange students who had a bunch of stuff.
Again Juston went above and beyond with staying late to help us.
The customer service was absoulutely fabulous, Juston helped me secure a storage unit at the very last second. He was very patient and willing to help!

Juston was so incredibly friendly and personable. He made me feel very welcomed and helped make the moving process less stressful! He also highlighted that the place is very secure and they haven't had any break ins. I recommend renting here and Juston will make sure you leave the office with a smile! He even went out of his way to walk me to my unit to ensure my needs were satisfied!

This location has gone down hill recently. The corporate office doesn’t care about the customers or their concerns. Because so many homeless people are living at this storage facility they have locked everything up to where customers can’t use anything. Workers doesn’t show up and they lie about everything. It’s sad and ridiculous that paying people have to go through this.
The site manager is not friendly. Called for support and hang up immediately! Overpriced, Bad access. Can not recommend.
Amelia & Caitlyn are the absolute best. They always go above and beyond to meet your expectations. They are always friendly and remind everyone that the gates and elevators close at 5 or 6pm depending on the day. You have to make sure that you’re paying attention to the gate and elevator locking times. If you don’t you have to wait on customer service to help you. Please be mindful of this, it is very critical. Most people don’t pay attention when they warn you of this. I love the facility, well lit, friendly staff, carts available for use when the office is open. It’s super convenient that the gates open most or all days at 6:00 am. The units are climate controlled, and I love the covered parking area too, so you’re not getting wet unloading your stuff when it’s raining.
The customer service is amazing. Not a single question went without a response.
