Cannot say enough great things about Caitlin and this facility! If you need a place to store your belongings, go to Public Storage.
Have been storing stuff here for 2+ years. I feel safe storing my stuff here; they have many security cameras: Friendliest storage staff I’ve dealt with. Meghan in particular is great, is always offering to help when she is on-site.

I’ve had the honor of being assisted by employee Meghan today. She helped me get a deal on my storage unit, that I wouldn’t have known about until she told me! She was very helpful and kind! Even walked with me to my storage unit, so I wouldn’t get lost. I hope anyone who’s looking to get a storage unit, gets to be assisted by her!
My bill has went up $60 with no prior notification or explanations. This is the second time we have had billing issues and can’t get someone to help. We will not recommend nor do further business with public storage. I don’t understand why this is a consistent problem.

If the property manager of this public storage at 6117 Charlotte Pike is reading this message please contact me asap.I was told by Meghan that there will be a lock inside the unit to use when I move in and I have also paid for the lock. Today when I moved in there is no lock inside the unit and I am waiting for last 3 hours outside my unit for the property manager to return my calls and provide a lock for my unit. The Public Storage customer care agent also called the property manager's phone but no one responded.

Had a great experience with an employee her name is Tanisha I believe! I was having tons of trouble with my code and many of other things. She was patient with me through out all of it and made sure I was comfortable with everything before she moved on to the next person there isn't many more people in this world as nice as she is she goes above and beyond to help the customers this woman needs a raise if she hasn't had one workers like her keep çustomers coming back
I been renting from this place for about 7 months and my lock got cut off and some very valuable stuff my grandpa gave me before he passed came up missing and they can’t do nothing about this makes me very sad to know that my stuff is not safe here and every time I come pay my rent they are never in the office

There were someone who break my lock and they even don't care. They just call me and put new lock and they even didn't bother to file police complain as I took insurance from them only. I loose some thing which is in storage as I was in another state. So please find other better storage instead of public storage(6117 Charlotte Pike,Nashville, TN 37209).

I am most likely the longest renter at this facility as when I started it was Cornerstone... the people have come and gone and the ownership has changed but what I can say is the current group running this location are amazing... They stepped up when I needed a hand the most and came through for me when they didnt have to... THAT is customer service!! If you need a place... this is it... you've found it!!
