Linda has been AWESOME to work with—always cheerful—always helpful—no problem too small or too big for her to solve. She has a great personality that makes moving stuff in and out less of a chore. The location of this Public Storage helped make my move run so much smoother. I would definitely use this Public Storage place again.

Ease of access has been improved with the online gate access app. I wish it would react a little faster though. I think it should stay active on your phone until you have left the facility. Its a relatively small thing but it would make it even more convenient if I didn't have to stop to reactivate it again when I exit the gate.

When we were in deep bind due to the affects of the coronavirus, our hands were tied. Luckily the helpful advice from your manager Larry really helped us, we're highly satisfied with his overall service.

Mr Larry Giles is fantastic and very professional he is kind and understanding and he explains the unit number and pass code he is outstanding.

I walked in thw Welshwood Drive location and a rep by the name of Secoya was so kind. I was really in a bind and had several questions. He helped me out a great deal. It really put my mind at ease with what I was going thru but after talking to Secoya I felt a whole lot better. It's good to know with everything going on there are still nice people like Secoya in the world. It was really great not being rushed or treated rudely like I had experience at other storage facilities I had tried previously with the same questions and concerns. I will be back to that location to see Secoya for my storage needs. Thanks public storage for one great customer service experience after one very rough day.

I went into the welshwood location yesterday with questions on a storage unit. My father had a collection of baseball cards and I will be needing a place to store them. From the minute I walked in the door Secoya was a great help and answered all of my questions and concerns. It's always nice to speak with a person with patience and not being rushed. Horrible experience here, don't rent here it is next to a liquid store with homeless people that are bound to break in and always gathering around the storage facility. The manager was completely rude to my family members when they would drop things off for me, constantly harassing them and trying to go into the storage unit. Kymberly the manager STOLE my belongings!!!! My stuff was there for 1 month & 5 days & the deemed it a "skip" unit saying they threw all my stuff away! Do not trust this company, they will steal from you & have no customer service!!! I have proof they stole my stuff & will make it known wherever I can!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

This was my first experience renting a storage unit. However, I found my rental experience to be quite easy. Amber helped me out and had me all set up and ready to store my things in no time. She was very courteous and super helpful. The only reason why I rate this a 4 out of 5 is because I don't have anything to compare it to. Plus I think there should be lights in the storage bins. Also, I think as a s added security measure there should be mirrors placed so that cars can see other cars coming around the corners. Other than that, this place is great, especially when you have Amber to help you!

Amber took great care of us. We let her know what items we needed to store and she recommended the size of the unit we needed, which was perfect for what we had. Amber also made suggestions on other items that would be helpful once our items were stored. I would recommend coming to this facility (#27917) and speaking with Amber. She is courteous and professional. She listens to what you have to say.

It was one of the easiest things that I have ever had to do. Amber was extremely nice and walked me through the entire process. For the price that I am spending per month ($42.00) I feel that this is definitely worth my money. I recommend that you use this location if you need to store things.

Kym was punctual, professional and super nice! I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the facility--my unit was immaculate: no dirt, dust or evidence of rodents or insects. I really felt that I had made the right decision as I was loading my unit and Kym came by on one of her twice daily security checks. Highly recommend!

I recently closed my account here and moved elsewhere. First of all, the property is NOT secure. I found the automatic gate lifted and was told that there was a work order in for it, that they knew it was broken. I took it at face value and then 3 weeks later when I drove by found the gate open again. I also have found children playing all over the complex. I understand people needing to bring their children to work from time to time but this has been on many occassions and they are leaving the doors open to the storage buildings, running through and playing. This isn't professional. I don't want children playing in the storage spaces that I pay for. Now because the doors were constantly left open, my belongings were completely covered in pollen. Very unsatisfied customer.

In the eight months that I've had a unit at this location the security gate has been broken THREE times, each for OVER a month long. So basically, if you rent here, make sure you purchase the insurance because the only "property protection" you're getting at this place is the lock you provide on your unit.

Sean is very knowledgable and will answer any question you can give him. If they had the space I needed I so would have done business here. Sean wish more people tried to help as much as you do

I would give them more stars but they keep billing me! I took my stuff out early, and a month later and they're flooding me with emails that they're going to charge me. I've been contacted twice, I tell them I'm not using the unit. Why is no one getting the memo!?

We needed storage for our 4 bedroom house. Britney helped to find the perfect space. We were delighted with the first month free deal. The space was clean - swept out, dry, light working, slide gate working. The entire facility is clean - not a single piece of trash on the premises. I felt totally safe unloading into the night. I've been back a few times to "visit my stuff," and each time the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They even remember my name! Paying online is easy and secure. Even more important to me than friendly staff and ease of payment is that my belongings are secure. The room gates are strong and in good repair (mine is new) and the hasp and strong, hack-proof PS lock will keep out unwanted visitors. The security is tight, the entrance keypad is state-of-the-art (even greets me by name!) and I understand there's supervision on-site 24-7. I'm a happy customer - I'm happy to recommend Public Storage to anyone who needs it. I'm a professional - and so are they. Thanks PS!
