Very pleasant experience with moving into the storage. The young lady was very nice and even when I asked her questions on the elevator she was very nice and helped me alot. I wish that when calling I would have gotten a better idea of what a 5x5 and 5x10 was because, I didn't realize that one was deeper than the other and two students items would be able to fit, not knowing what the other student was storing. This location was perfect and distance 5 min from campus which is perfect.

Easily accessible location for a great price. The front desk folks, especially Donnell, Caitlyn, and Amelia, are always friendly and helpful. There are always plenty of carts to use and it’s never too busy to slow down the elevators. I wish it were 24/7, but I understand with it’s prime downtown location, that safety could be an issue. I finally got a house and said goodbye to my unit, but would 10/10 would rent again.

I came super early to move my things out of storage for college and it was super easy and the storage unit was neat and it felt secure to keep my things in there over the summer, no problem. Darnell was super helpful and was able to get me a cart to move things easier despite the office being closed originally. Staff were super friendly but Darnell especially helped make me feel welcomed with great customer service. I always recommend this storage place on Rep John Lewis to friends and new family! Kaitlan was fantastic!!!!! Her customer service has been top of the line. We came at the busiest week of the year with a huge truck and they have been awesome helping us get sorted while we were moving. Will definately rent from them next time!!!!

Moving in to this storage facility has been so easy. The staff members who helped me, Joe, Kaitlyn, and Amelia were incredibly kind and patient. I previously stored my stuff with a different company, and the process of getting a unit and moving in/out was a lot more disorganized and hectic (and more expensive) than this has been. I will definitely be returning to this public storage location in the future.

Maybe You should unlock the gate that leads to the dumpster so I can put my garbage where it belongs. So what do I do? I Sat it next to the gate to be thrown away. I thought it was ok since I saw other people doing it. So what do they do for me putting it by the gate?? Charge me a 50.00 cleaning fee!! Which is ridiculous!!! You Will Not See One Dime Of That 50.00 I Guarantee You That!!!

I'm stuck and trapped in the first floor of this public storage. The elevator stopped working after 5pm. You guys refuse to answer your phone, nobody is answering the intercom button in the first floor and my white honda accord is in the parking area in front of the doors!!!!!!! I've been stuck down here for 35 minutes. I'll be calling the police since public storage can't help me!!!!!

Resha was awesome
I was lied to by the staff at the back counter. I emptied my storage and went to the back counter. I asked if I would be charged anything or prorated since it was only the 2nd day of the month and my unit was now clear. They assured me that I was all set and that I would not be charged again. I even got a receipt that day saying zero balance and that I was all set.
A few days later I was charged full amount. I called and they gave me the run around. Long story short, they took my money and didn't care to help or even give me a good reason as to why. I was in the unit for one day and a half and they charged me a full month’s rent after they told me there would be no charge. There was no apologize or good explanation. Not good customer service.
I would not recommend using this location.
Great place to store. The access hours are from 6-6 and 5 on weekends so remember that if you store here. They made sure the building is very secure, so that's a big plus for me.
The Wednesday before Thanksgiving I had to go into my unit to swap out a few items , my cell phonr haf gone dead so i eas unaware of the time well withoit any notice whatsoever, or the employees even checking the storage area , i come down only to find myself locked in and most of the lights were already cut off I wss terrified trued to get out using my code to ooen thr gatr with no luck I was stuck inthere for 30 min yelling for help whst if someone was living there and sonething treadful coukd have happened i left a message concerning this matter and to this day no one has apologized for this awful experince and lack of responsibility in doing their job properly

Don’t be fooled by the good reviews. They treat this place like Fort Knox to the point of you get locked in the elevator because people don’t remember their 9 digit code and it “shuts down” the system for everyone for 60 seconds. Then it still smells like piss because people sleep here all the time. Save your money (which they will double or triple your initial rent within a few months) and go somewhere else.

TERRIBLE!!!! Not only do they have incredibly inconvenient hours but there are homeless people living in the storage units. I went to unload my stuff and immediately was uncomfortable leaving my belongings in this storage unit along with pretty confusing measures that they take to keep it “safe”. Completely close the gate at 6pm sharp and won’t let you out if you are in past that time. I had to pay for a complete other storage unit on top of paying for this one and they would not refund because I hadn’t called within 24 hours of the reserved time??
Caitlyn and Amelia are the best employees you could ask for. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience while renting, and keep the property safe and clean. Just keep in mind this property closes at 6 and 5 on weekends

Today I moved in ps. I had a bad day then I moved to storage by myself. Kaitlyn the Mgr helped me out tremendously.i can't say I remember anytime lately where someone has helped me because they were just a great kind hearted person.
I will agree with alot of others yes not the best location .but security is on top of it all.again Kaitlyn protected her store and made quick fast decisions. I don't have to worry about being safe at that location i know PS protects there stores customers .again I'm grateful for the help Kaitlyn. July/2023- moving out. I never did get a response from the manager about the squatters. Please be careful when/where you rent.
1/8/23: I hate writing an unfavorable review but I cannot get a response from the onsite manager. I have been to my unit 3 times in the last 2 weeks and each time have noted that someone is living (YES LIVING) in the unit across the hall from me. I know this is happening because of the trash that I can see under the door. I hear the person in there but am to scared to look or knock on the door. When I open my storage door, that unit door goes open part way and I feel like I am being watched. Obviously this person is there for a long time because the lights on the floor are dark when I arrive. These empty units are "locked" with a zip strip so it is not hard for an unwelcome visitor to sneak in the building and clip one of those zip strips for access. Since this building is downtown and near many homeless persons and transients, this is not a safe situation for me or anyone who goes to their unit alone. I did go to the onsite manager to discuss it but was told she wouldn't do anything about it and wouldn't even look. I welcome a call from the management company to discuss.

There was a very random glitch in the system that somehow did not confirm my unit and moving a ton of parts, my entire insides began to pinch. Aaah! Their beyond kind and helpful staff immediately assisted the issue. There were no alternate units on the floor I had originally requested, and rather than give dead end answers, Katie, Amelia and.. Shia? (I didn’t catch her name but I think that was near right!) were immediately on the case! We were able to find a resolution and get me movin.
It’s difficult to find actual help, and although the glitch was not ideal, they calmly and very very helpfully assisted in a resolve.
These ladies deserve a ton of applause!
