Tried to stop by two days in a row to make a payment. Once at 3pm and again the next day at 5pm. No one was there to take my payment so I had to call and was charged an extra ten dollars! Now they want to charge 52 dollars next month 🙄

I personally wouldn't want a storage unit anywhere else, even if it'd save me a buck or two, because of the quality customer care, and property protection.... Absolutely the wost storage place ever. Does not have hours on their doors. Google says the building is open till 6, but every time we have ever come out here it has been nobody. I have talked to literally no one in the all of 3 years we have had the unit. We are finally done with this place. I would suggest some place else where if you need to actually get in or talk to someone.
