In the process of moving and went to reserve a unit online but my husband and I wanted to see the space before renting. Viktoria was extremely helpful and took us to see the space promptly. She showed us how to work everything and the easiest way to get to our unit. We decided to take the space and she was so accommodating going through all fees. She explained the gates and how to gain access and the ease of the app. We have just rented the space and just started moving our stuff in so I cant speak on long term here but Im hopeful that if everyone is as knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating as Viktoria there won't be any problems.

My first experience with a storage facility, Maria is kind polite and professional, she answered all of our questions and made us feel very safe and secure, by far best customer service I’ve encountered in all of bucks county!
Staff is wonderful. Prices are fair but after a week late you’ll be charged $40 fee for a $18 unit.
The place does have a mice problem tho.. seen one scurry out of my unit and seen plenty of droppings too.

In emergency situation at trevose storage box unit . I reported food on floor different isle . Chips and peanuts and mice were destroying my personal paperwork and they chew on clothes and books. I have been a customer at this location since 2018. I have a 20 by 10 foot unit full of valuables from when I downsized into a smaller home and memories of the past with things that are from parents home that I had no where to put when they passed and their home was sold. I am confident in knowing that all is safe and well protected there. I also have easy and convenient access whenever I need anything from the unit itself. Over and above everything that like and feel comfortable with here is Melanie who has been extremely helpful and understanding when anything happens to comes up. She has helped me several times and is always been professional, understanding of my needs, and willing to go the extra mile to make whatever it is happen for me. I recently contemplated whether or not I wanted to keep this unit or make other arrangements due to the changing economic climate and my increased cost of doing business in the handyman and renovation business. After speaking with Melanie and discussing my needs, I have decided to remain a customer here and feel that I really made a good choice when I trusted them in the first place. Thanks Melanie!
Okay. So I am changing my review drastically. I have never done this before in such a dramatic way, as those who have read my reviews and photos know (almost 6.5 million to date...all very much appreciated BTW). My previous review for this property was one of my very first back in 2018 and based on an experience that my ex-fiance had. Since that time, I have had personal experience as a actual renter there for almost 4 years. Since that time, I have seen many changes and have completely changed my opinion if this establishment. This has been entirely driven by Melanie who has helped me on a number of occasions and has really shaped up the place.
