These people that work here are annoying. They’re hard to get ahold of. Why is it so hard to get someone in the office? Seems like someone needs to come check in on that, seeing as it’s during non lunch business hours. So many hidden fees! Public storage is old news, there are many much cleaner storage facilities popping up ALL over. So please pass this one on by, I can’t convey how miserable I am to interact with the staff, use outdated system to enter the property, and enter their filthy disgusting units.

Neva was helpful from the very beginning, trying to get me the best possible deal for one month of storage- during a chaotic move! Anytime I needed access to my unit, it was smooth with no complaints. She was even helpful on move out day and made sure to give me a refund for the lock, as I didn’t use the unit for a full 30 days! Amazing customer service, very friendly. Will definitely come here again- if ever needed in the near future and highly recommend! 😎

It's a nice storage place but they did not give me a month for one dollar like the add said , I have asked them when do I get my one month for a dollar, I paid my rent for months now, why run a add pay first month and get the second one for a dollar if you're not going to do it.

Easy access from a lovely location where anything you need to buy is nearby. All ground floor entry. The staff woman in charge was very kind and called me on the day of my reservation to make sure she would be there when I came in. She made the process really easy.

Everything was stolen from our unit. Very large items including kayaks Police report given but no cameras were working. So they say. We had a large unit with everything we owend. We used this facility as a temporary(2 weeks) My husband's c-pap machine was stolen and he needs it to breathe! C-pap is over $2500, it keeps my husband breathing through the night. $20 is what this place offered due to no records. I don't have receipts fit my inheritance in which I don't care about. I just wanted my husband's c-pap machine

The manager here caused me one of the most severe panic/anxiety attacks I've ever had 5 25 22. Harrassed me 3 seperate times in an hour's time, lied strate to my face and threatened terminating my storage when I told her she's breaking the A.D.A. guidelines and civil liberties act...and being discriminatory. Then refused to put in writing what she said " sevice dogs are not allowed on property" in case people are afraid. My friend had to come get me, and I almost went to emergency room because of her and she was still running her mouth, ignored the attempted alert from My dog for help and she left me on the ground outside my unit laying on the pavement.

Well it's been years since I used that location as I used to live in trailer park next door. Was by there the other day and it looks the exact same.

Just got a letter May 9 that they are jacking up the price of my unit by $75 June 1st.

I keep my work truck here and Kelly has been so friendly and easy to work with, it’s been a great experience. He streamlined the paperwork process so my time doing paperwork was minimal. Very patient and friendly staff. Great deals.

Just moved in to this unit. Clean place nice units. Location is great easy come easy go. No one breaking into units here. Neva and tammy at # 24229 is extremely helpful and nice.

They just informed us they will be raising the monthly rate by *ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS* next month. Manager spouts tin-foil hat theories at unsuspecting customers. Oh, and there are blackberry brambles creeping into our unit. Like all other Public Storage franchises, this place is a rip-off. The last one I rented with demanded a 5* review before reversing some illegitimate charges. Get with another business, even if you have to pay a little more.

And after a year and a half I have nothing but good stuff to say about the property and the property manager. She is caring and compassionate yet professional. And the property is always clean and debris free.

Convenient location. Office staff is super helpful and friendly. Reasonable prices, very easy process for initial rental and vacating. The gate access app was very useful.

While the units are nice and the building is well maintained since Public Storage took over this location they have raised my rent 3 times and decreased the access hours, so if you want to get into your unit after 6pm forget it. At first there were plenty of carts to use now you are lucky to find one, even though I can see a few of them in the front area where the employees should be, which was locked at 3:45pm even though they don't close until 6pm. Overall, the continued decline of service has made me want to go elsewhere for my storage needs and I plan on relocating ASAP. I cannot recommend this location

I have been at this specific location on Mcgloughlin Blvd for almost 2 years. I have been very pleased with every aspect from the moving in to customer service. Every employee I have dealt with has been extremely helpful, informative and nice. They are very good about calling and reminding me if I missed my payment date. (Long before any late charges get added) Recently I was there getting a new, larger unit and met Neva for the first time. She not only found me a unit close to my other one to make switching easier, but helped me when my lock wouldn't work. On top of that..... she went above and beyond by gifting me a beautiful geode she had found when she learned my passion for collecting rocks. She made my day!!! I highly recommend this location to anyone!

My kids loaded my things into storage, and I didn't know which building. Neva walked out in the rain to show me the exact unit, unlock it for me, and even loaded what I wanted to get out into the car for me. She did all of this in the rain with a very sweet and helpful nature.

Neva has been an amazing resource for my mother . She has made suggestions to help her lower her costs ( my mom has 3 units) . My mom is now moving to Florida and Neva has researched units in Jacksonville, left me detailed messages and provided valuable information to help us with this process. I have rarely met someone like Neva , who goes above and beyond her job duties in order to be of assistance. We will continue to use Public Storage in Florida . Neva deserves a raise.

I had to help my aunt move out of her small unit. The price was +$150 compared to her new $42 same size unit just a few miles away

Easy to start up and even drop off a pod there. Had a little trouble getting my money back when I was out at the beginning of a month but the local staff there was very nice and helped me figure everything out. Make sure to get out by the end of the month and not a day into the next.

Would give a zero star if I could. The property manager was extremely rude and not helpful when trying to reserve a unit. Go to another Public Storage if you have to - she was extremely unpleasant and totally unprofessional.

Out of the clear blue sky, Neva called to tell us she had worked at getting my Mom's 3 storage unit prices dropped, since we had been storing there for 5 years. She also advised that Mom consolidate her 3 units into one, to save more money. How many people would spend their time saving stranger's money? Althought she remained professional, Neva talked to me as if she really cared about my Mom and her storage needs, and offered to be of service in any way she could. When Mom calls, Neva calms my mother's concerns. I can't imagine how we could have had a better experience.

Reservations were easy to make online and the office was helpful in accommodating my travel situation. Neva made me feel like a valued customer. The buildings are older but well kept. During Check in I found out a few things that is likely in the fine print I missed. Storage unit insurance is required and the rates change after a few months. Otherwise the whole experience worked out pleasantly.

I would not rent a storage unit at this location. I was there for three weeks before my storage unit was broken into and all my personal belonging were stolen. The thieves didn’t cut my lock they cut the hatch connected to the door, not only that but after the fact I looked at all the surrounding door locks and found that most of the door hatches had been cut as well, which tells me this happens more often than not. I think they should have disclosed how often they are robbed before leasing a unit. Also, the insurance they make you get did not cover anything because they require proof of value for everything in the unit. I also did not receive a refund even though I pre paid up to September. I did file a police report and they will be looking into all the cut door hatches. I will also being contacting the BBB as I do not feel like they operate under sound business practices or morals. I have post pictures to show what I am talking about, and just so everyone knows, these are only 3 pictures, I have a total of 21!

I was a customer a few years ago and came back to rent another one. Kayla was great and it only took about 10 minutes. I would recommend this place.

I got robbed twice. The gate was broke and they didn't fix it for days. Came back to make a payment last month and the drive through gate was stuck open. That was the last straw for me. Will never go through them again. You wonder why so many units are broken into but they have no clue how it happened. BS!!!!!! Don't ever go to this place!!!!!!!!!!! They've had multiple break ins there but still lack on keeping the place locked up. We pay good money to have our stuff secure. They didn't provide that. On more than one occasion that I saw when I was there. I give them no good ratings whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horible experience with the manager kayla

I rented a 5 by 10 unit. What I got was a 4.5 by 8.5. When I called to complain, they basically told me that I could move to another unit and it wouldn’t cost me anything. Thanks. False advertising. When you go to look at a unit, take your tape measure to make sure your stuff is gonna fit.

Refused to take vaild ID passport, demanded physical drivers license. I akwardly left. Waste of time and not the nicest campus by far.

Great Customer service. She explained the process and went over the contact. I like the face that it accommodates short term and long term renters needs. Units Light bulb (or power is shut off). this is an inconvenience when you forget to bring a flash light.

I rented a unit yesterday and couldn't be happier with the service. Everything was explained and I had the opportunity to compare units. You'll want to bring your own padlock but you can buy a good one from them for $20. There's also a $24 start up fee but I figure that's fair since they ask only $1 for first month and there's no minimum commitment.

Never had a problem getting the service I needed.

If I could give it negative stars, I would. Too expensive, accessibility hours not great and terrible corporate policies. I only used them cause they're so close, and won't use them ever again.

We moved in yesterday and dont be fooled by the prices you see online, the rent more than doubles after all their "fees" or add ons. I even have my own public storage lock from a prior rental, but was told I cant use it...in spite of seeing multiple units using the locks. Heck they didn't even sweep the units they sold to use, had to go clean out all the spider eggs by myself. If you can, avoid this location.

No electricity, gates open at night, very dark, no lights on the lanes in front of the units, I'm creeped out,

I came here for a storage unit and Kayla was extremely helpful. She showed me the space and told me about the property. She answered all of my questions and completed my paperwork quickly.

I found the manager helpful, prompt at returning voicemail messages, efficient at giving information and helping with my signin. The unit was clean, and access was easy for me.

There is nothing special about the storage facility, and nothing especially wrong with it either. The lockers are relatively clean and most of them have electricity. For those unaware, you do have to provide your own lock for security reasons. The prices are pretty steep and lockers are hard to come by, so make sure to reserve them long before you'll need them.

Found this unit with help from another location. That is great service from the young man.

I only needed to store things for about 2 weeks, but, like most places, you have to pay for a whole month. That wasn't a big deal because I had a special price for the first month, so I came out way ahead. I did have to buy a lock, because I didn't have one and it wasn't cheap. They should offer more than one choice on the locks.

The people that work here are nice and professional. The buildings are old, but not falling apart or anything. Not as new some of the other companies, but the price was good and the gentleman that helped was very good.

I've used this business twice over the few years and was happy with the service, price and quality both times. I think the employees are a cut above the usual.

We got a second unit at this location because it's near my husband's work. Same quality service we received at our first location and we were able to get a special price when we moved in. Very happy with the ways things have gone so far at both places.

Good location just up the street from the new max station on McLoughlin. Not brand new or pretty, but it does the trick. I did get a lower price than the other place I checked with, so all in all a good place.

We compared the prices of this company and many others, by phone and in person. Not a lot of difference between the majority of the storage companies, but we felt this was the best choice for two reasons: the manager was very helpful and there was a special rate for moving in that saved us a lot.

I was able to rent for only $1 for my first month. We're only going to be here for about 3 months, so getting one month for almost free really was a good deal. So far, everything has been excellent.

This business is right on the busy part on McLaughlin, near the new max line. It's a great location for me, so more than anything else this is a good reason to go here. The person that helped me was very pleasant.
