If I am completely satisfied with their service.(Based upon their level of Professonalismbased upon their politeness to their customers AND, their level of the three arts communication skills, which is verbal and written and last but not least: LISTENING, so they can focus upon solutions to problems that may arise when attempting to communicate verbally with someone who does not developed good listening skills. ( Which hinders them to identify the key words in the verbal communication going on...

I've been here 3 months it has gone very well everybody here is always so helpful to help me and I've never had storage before they're always willing to help me with the gate any questions I have and I've enjoyed it from day one. I had a little problem with my bill and I dealt with Jennifer and she was amazing she had a good attitude and we came to terms and she was very concerned about my problem and I believe she addressed it very well and we're going to walk out of here. Easy, fast and at a great price. Got here on a Sunday and Michelle was quick to welcome me followed by assisting me with getting set up. She made sure to ask me questions I didn’t think of.
