I've been in this spot for 3 years. Lynn is the sweetest lady ever. Superior customer care and service. She has helped me every single time with a smile on her face. She's an asset to this place. This is how this place keeps loyal customers. She made a frustrating situation that I encountered, easy, with her knowledge and understanding. If you need help with anything, ONLY ask for Lynn. Trust me she's the best.

The unit is very clean and ready for storage. I was impressed that they have carts to take the storage up to the unit. If there are any problems, the property manager is more than willing to help. We did have a problem with the lock working correctly. And the app didn't work when we tried to open the gate in the elevator.

I was helping my buddy Jay at his storage unit and Lynn came over asked us how we were doing? We said we were doing great. Then she informed us about new units that were available near the unit we were in and we were thinking about expanding. She has such a soft and kind spirit. There are a lot of storage places to rent at but she makes this one great.

Staff was very helpful. The unit is clean and facilities are in good condition. The young man that assisted me changed the unit I had reserved online to the same sized one next to it with consideration to my ability to be able to open and close it. The original one required a bit more strength and coordination than I could accomplish my nerve damaged hand.
Easy access with their app is so nice. Just hit the open door button in the app and the door unlock. Online prices are the way to go. I like the fact that it's not far from where I will be moving to.

I almost always leave a review for any type of customer service experience. With that said, they would really need to go above and beyond WITHIN their control to get a five star. The units are clean and the staff are very friendly. Prices amd process are pretty much the same as most public storages. I do want to mention why I gave the 5 star. I did have a issue that I had little luck handling. After speaking with customer service I was even more irritated. Not only did the staff in the local office reach out to make it right the district manager took the time to call me as well. This was a minor misunderstanding, but the way they handled it was as if it was a major screw up. They truly care about their customer satisfaction.
