Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 7825 S Walker Ave, Oklahoma City, OK

Nice clean units. Easy applying for one. Only down side is.. Hard to get a hold of someone by phone in the office. Other than tht no complaints... Decent area as well

The new manager that's been there for a few months addressed a issue I had with absence of automated gate. She took the time to call me and said it was on order. I can tell she takes her job serious and seems like a very genuine person!

One of the best storage experiences I’ve had. Becky was a delight and helped me through a sticky situation and was pleasant the entire time. They even gave me a discount when they realized they had the storage sizes mixed up on their website. Jessica was also a delight to work with when Becky wasn’t around.

Used this storage for a vehicle. Recently vacated and spoke to John who was amazing. Highly recommend this location very clean, safe, close to the airport. Very nice holiday in express next door with great folks! Manager John personally contacted me to inquire about my experience. Very understanding,respectful, and articulate individual!

Susan got me transferred from smaller one bigger one. She is truly an asset to this location. No hassles, straight forward, kind, and overall did a stellar job answering questions, clear and concise communication.

Forgot to mention in my last review. CORPORATE also told me that public storage could sale to anyone at any point. If they do sale then you are completely screwed from getting any of your items. CORPORATE lady told me that happens all the time. So BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE. S. Walker location OKC will rip you off. LOCK your unit for no reason. Then unlock it just to deny you gate access next time you come to get your stuff out. Manager don't know anything. She can't explain anything either. She also opens at 9:30 then locks the door til after 1230 cause she's gotta go do errands. Will not answer yours calls and if she does she will give u excuses as to why she will have to call u back. Run FAR FROM THIS PLACE. I RECOMMEND SIMPLY STORAGE.

Wish I could have given zero 0 stars. I place my whole house into this storage facility and 3 months later someone cut the locks. Stephen worked with me and put another lock on the unit. After that my storage unit was broken into again. I'm at a loss for words. I called corporate and they took a report. I feel like it is an inside job. Their cameras don't work, the facility is coded so someone had to have a gate key. There are numerous homeless people who hang around the facility and the property manager blamed them. That is outrageous to me since I had large items that needed a truck to remove from the property. I was told that a recent employee had just quit when my belongings were stolen. If you want to keep your precious items do not store them here. Public Storage says they are a safe place to store your items DO NOT BELIEVE THEM!

I came in yesterday looking for immediate storage, and although they didn’t have the size I was looking for, Traci tried every other location to see if they had the size i was looking for. She was very professional and courteous throughout my whole experience! Definitely would recommend this place if you’re looking for a good experience!

Quick, painless and correct

Never had any issues with my things at this Public Storage facility, especially no bugs. Recently moved all my things out that have been sitting there for two years and everything was dusty, so I’d just advise to cover it all. Kristen made closing my account super easy, so I really appreciate that! Would re-open an account here if I needed to.

Cara is great! she is the mgr there,and She has gone above, and beyond meto help, she stayed on her own time to wait for me to get there. to get in. because I didn't have my code.she was very helpful, And I felt comfortable,and relaxed like she was an old friend..she was in the top 3 of customer service experienced I have experienced and I trained department's of major corporate companies for over 20yrs as a consultant. Some companies hire over 3 to 500 employees in a 12 month span before they would find one person like Cara at public storage. People like her are getting hard to find these days. Not sure what I'm supposed to post other than the fact that I don't deal with the prop manager but I never have issues getting in our anything so... Cool

Kristen was awesome. I was moving out and she tried to retain me. I explained i was moving out of state. She was outside picking up trash in the heat. Thats awesome and says alot of her character and work ethic. A much needed change for this location.

I reserved a unit online at the location off of I-240 and western. When I arrived, Kristen walked me through the paperwork. She was fast , friendly and professional. The rates are ok I guess. I'm a first time renter so I dont have anything for comparison. They require insurance be kept and there is a 15$ option that covers up to 5,000$ with a 100$ deductible through a 3rd party I believe. The facility appears well kept , I saw Kristen with a broom and dust pan keeping it that way as I left. The access hours are sufficient, 6a~9p ,though I'd prefer 24 hour access.

I had a unit on the inside and I was just broken into yesterday Thanksgiving day..There was like 4 of us that got hit..

Even during the epic ice storm 1 employee really made it happen would like to give a huge shout out to Kristen. So today i re visited this location as my last visit was during the ice storm and the same Rep was there Kristen. And she again gave me the very best service and actually went above to help me understand the simplicity of renting and the coverages of renting and even the benefits of renting from public storage. I hope you supervisor acknowledges you as a employee because you are a blessing to the customers. Thanks

Every time I move, I need some place to store a bunch of things, until I can get around to finding a place for them in my new place. I trust Public Storage to take care of my things. Their place is always immaculately clean, security is very good, and the prices are reasonable. If you need a place to store something on a temporary basis, this is a great place.

I stopped by to ask how much my late fee would be by the time I got to my storage place and Raylee informed me that I could pay with her and at any other public storage I was near. Such a sweet lady .

When I called I received good feedback and I felt comfortable discussing the size of need for the things I needed to store with Raylee. She was very helpful and seemed to be a great people person!

Standing water inside my unit every time it rains and the entry gate has been inoperable at least three times I needed to get in after office hours.

It's all good as long as you get paid on the first or third of the month but if you are paid the third Wednesday or any other time during the month.. late fee of 20 dollars on the 6th I think it is

I rented from them to store some practice equipment while updating my clinic. I told them in August that I’m done and will be checking out next month. They told me to vacate by sept 6th and I wouldn’t have to pay another full month, since they don’t prorate the month. So I checked out on sept 5th. Guess what charge showed up on my cc statement for September. I’ve tried and tried to get them to remove the charge but I keep getting sent to the “district manager” whom never calls back. I won’t use them again.
