This used to be Gahanna Self Storage and now under ownership of Public Storage. They offer rates of $88 for the same 10 x 10 unit I have. I call them to see if they'll bring down my rate since I am a new client to them and they tell me no. Cool, I will just take my business elsewhere. It is sad they you all treat people like this. Your customer service is trash as well. I called several times then received a call back TWO days later. Same with when I went to the grounds to access my unit and I couldn't get in and the key pad reader said "See Manager" well guess what.. No one was there and I had stuff to get out for an outing but couldn't get my own stuff out of storage. Ridiculous.
Denied access to a unit that I pay for! The gate code is disabled. We do not have access to our belongings.
We used it for a few days to secure our vehicle while on a family trip. We were pleased with the security and ease of access for clients.

Monthly rent increases of 20 plus dollars a month monthly bill went from 180 to 300 plus for one storage unit in a matter of less then a year all because they wanted to wax for there newly build units they just had added . Plus paid for climate controlled units for their temperature to be set at 45 in the winter . Check pics for further info

Do not rent here. I havey stuff stored here. I went to get my trailer and lift to go to work, and found it buried in by 1000's of pounds of soil and damaged fendor from where their expanding there facility. I called them left numerous messages took them 2 days to get back with me then it took them two days to move the soil from around my equipment. When asked about what would be done with it they compensated me with a measly credit for the parking space for one month. This place does not care about their tenants. I would suggest looking elsewhere. During this time of expansion they are also leaving their front gate open for weeks on end so anybody can get back there to their supposedly secure facility.
Location is very supportive, staff is always friendly, access in and out is very convenient. I highly recommend for anyone looking for storage space.

Is gone..and my stuff was stolen criminal have my stuff that is from Alabama and Youngstown..the staff is from here Also.....a women here tried to block me from making my payment i documented on sparefoot to notify corporate..that the women at the location tried 2 block me from making my payment...these criminal stole All my children diplomas. Furniture stuff from there Father who is decease from YOUNGSTOWN. OHIO

They are changing manger and district manager a lot ... Has anyone had there storage sabotage or stolen.. I have had unemployment fraud....Do any of the managers have smokey Gray/ Purple. With white furniture sofa loveseat and chair?wood lamps glass table White bedroom set...That my daughter's furniture from Value City... My daughter graduate from college and had to get new furniture..
These people are pretending know us..they are showing picture that they stole.. All 4 of my children graduated from high school caps and gown...they are looking at my personal friends....

Sylvia was Amazing! I just got a rental not more then 30 min ago and I had to stop everything to send this review. Never had I ever encountered anyone who instantly made me feel like family. Sylvia answered all questions I may of had before I had a chance to ask! Her energy was Infectious and just her alone I would recommend simply self storage for all your storage needs. Sylvia took me to my unit so when I come in I’m not forced to look for it now I can go directly to it. Thank you so much Sylvia for all your help and thank you simply self storage for employing such outstanding people.
Avoid this place if you can. You can never rely on anyone being here (in our experience anyway), you can rarely ever get anyone on the phone as well, "temperature controlled storage" is laughable and not worth the price you pay, there is no dumpster or any trash disposal for customers, as well as no accessible restrooms.
The store manager Lisa Mason was friendly and very helpful. The facility is clean, and secure with cameras throughout the grounds, which offers added peace of mind.
