I went in today for my move in. I was confused on the process (which was my fault for not reading the email properly) I went around 620pm and got the wrong lock in my unit. On my way out I saw the office lights on so I stopped in to see about the lock and why it didn’t work on my unit! The SWEETEST lady was working. She told me they closed at 6pm and I felt awful for coming in past close but she was absolutely amazing walked to my unit with me and got my lock all figured out and stayed longer past her shift! And she was very personalizable. She told me her name was Jay! Happy with my service! Thanks Jay!!

My husband rented a unit for his tools and spot to store his work trailer. From the beginning, the staff has been wonderful. Today, Danielle (staff member) went above and beyond to help us. We came 20 min prior to closing and she was patient and got us the garaging spot needed for my husband trailer. She was very efficient and knowledgeable and went the extra mile. The unit was nice and clean and perfect space for what we needed. I appreciate the entire staff at simply storage and would recommend it to anyone.
