I rent 6 big units from another public storage, and have been a public storage customer for awhile. I purchased a unit that they auctioned and was put through hell. I couldn’t get anything resolved and the customer service main 800 number after several attempts finally reaching someone. I told them what was going on and they told me to just go to the kiosk which doesn’t work as I explained. After going back and forth they just hung up on me. Then tried for another hour trying to speak to a human.
I was ready to close out all my units with this company and avoid them. Then I made contact with Rebecca at the blacklick store. She calmed me down and worked to get me an answer and made it a priority. She got me in touch with the right person and got me what I needed. I am very grateful for her customer service. It’s nice that one person took the time to help me instead of pass me through the gauntlet of their automation.

I rented a unit here and what I liked most was the ability to complete everything online. This was very helpful since I was moving from out of state, on the weekend, after business hours. There was a lock provided in the unit which was optional. The cost is $25 if you decide to use the lock provided. Valerie was very helpful when I was ready to move out of my storage.
Within an hour my account was closed out.

I was looking to get a bigger storage unit in a different location from a different place. I talked to Jasmine on Gender Rd and she was amazing. Someone else had just got the last unit in the size that I was looking, but it's okay because she recommended one closer to where I was looking for anyways. So then I went to the one on Reynoldsburg-New Albany Rd that she recommended and talked to Gail who was also amazing and helpful getting me set up with the app to open the gate. Thank you ladies!

I rented here for about 6 months and my rent was due to increase the month I was scheduled to move out. Gail (or Gayle) worked to get the rent decreased back to my original monthly cost. She worked quickly and efficiently and even followed up with me the next day. She’s a legend!

Located at 564 Reynoldsburg New Albany Road in Blacklick Ohio this secure storage facility with gates and passcode access is great. Whether storage for moving, a business or other purposes it is convenient and located on the East side of Columbus. One or multiple units are available. They carry all the goodies you need for moving from dollies to boxes.
Eric was SUPER helpful and gave us answers to questions that no one else had been able to give us before. Best service we've had at that location yet!!!!!
