Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 564 Reynoldsburg-New Albany Rd, Blacklick, OH

I had a frustrating experience with Public Storage. I initially rented a 10x20 unit for $120, but after a year, my rent skyrocketed to $260. This massive increase felt unjustified and left me feeling frustrated. Thankfully, I found a much better deal at Prestige Storage—a 10x30 unit for only $136 a month. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for storage options. Public Storage simply doesn’t offer the value anymore.

Price went up by 100% I wouldn’t recommend this facility.

My items were tampered with. Missing possessions in a “secured” storage unit is completely unacceptable.

Horrible Horrible customer service. I think it’s owned by someone new. They don’t have clear effective communications. I went up there at 5:20pm they were closed, when they are suppose to be open until 6pm. On top of it they never answer the phone or return calls. I called them at 5:30pm to advise them I was going to arrive a little after 6pm to make an payment but no one answers or course so I call back at 5:55pm to let them know I’m 5-8 minutes out and I spoke with Barbara and she told me she would wait but once I got there she said that Theresa who was at the gender road location advise her she couldn’t Stay. So they didn’t call me to just turn around or try again another day. Or at least try to stay over for a paying customer when I’m rushing and driving reckless in traffic to pay. I don’t understand their way of customer service. I will never rent with them again.

I rent 6 big units from another public storage, and have been a public storage customer for awhile. I purchased a unit that they auctioned and was put through hell. I couldn’t get anything resolved and the customer service main 800 number after several attempts finally reaching someone. I told them what was going on and they told me to just go to the kiosk which doesn’t work as I explained. After going back and forth they just hung up on me. Then tried for another hour trying to speak to a human. I was ready to close out all my units with this company and avoid them. Then I made contact with Rebecca at the blacklick store. She calmed me down and worked to get me an answer and made it a priority. She got me in touch with the right person and got me what I needed. I am very grateful for her customer service. It’s nice that one person took the time to help me instead of pass me through the gauntlet of their automation.

Wendy was an absolute pleasant lady to work with. I will definitely be back to do business with Public Storage just because of her! Thanks Wendy!

I rented a unit here and what I liked most was the ability to complete everything online. This was very helpful since I was moving from out of state, on the weekend, after business hours. There was a lock provided in the unit which was optional. The cost is $25 if you decide to use the lock provided. Valerie was very helpful when I was ready to move out of my storage. Within an hour my account was closed out.

I was looking to get a bigger storage unit in a different location from a different place. I talked to Jasmine on Gender Rd and she was amazing. Someone else had just got the last unit in the size that I was looking, but it's okay because she recommended one closer to where I was looking for anyways. So then I went to the one on Reynoldsburg-New Albany Rd that she recommended and talked to Gail who was also amazing and helpful getting me set up with the app to open the gate. Thank you ladies!

I rented here for about 6 months and my rent was due to increase the month I was scheduled to move out. Gail (or Gayle) worked to get the rent decreased back to my original monthly cost. She worked quickly and efficiently and even followed up with me the next day. She’s a legend!

Located at 564 Reynoldsburg New Albany Road in Blacklick Ohio this secure storage facility with gates and passcode access is great. Whether storage for moving, a business or other purposes it is convenient and located on the East side of Columbus. One or multiple units are available. They carry all the goodies you need for moving from dollies to boxes.

Eric was SUPER helpful and gave us answers to questions that no one else had been able to give us before. Best service we've had at that location yet!!!!!

We were able to find exactly what we needed and walked away with our space rented and ready. I was impressed with how clean the units were and feel that our items will be safe and protected. My rental rate was just jacked up $62/month without any notice...shady practice. Will be moving out the end of the month...and I have to give notice. Would have been nice to get the same notice...

My twins and I had put our possessions I this facility when we became homeless looking for shelter. Living solely on ďisability/ fixed income I paid only our unit monthly and in May after my payment was told that due to April being a less than a week late payment they would have to auction off my 11 year olds school photos and clothes.Because we live 2 hours away settling with the " We Care " department seemed to be futile. By the way we care is simply public storage as well don't get your hopes high. It seems they don't really care trust me the $1 first month really almost 30 is a great ploy to make a profit off of people when they are at their lowest. I have remain steadfast and only want to warn others not to invest your funds here.

First time ever getting a storage in my life. Today I visit this location and speak to Jenn. She explained to me the different units she had available. So I decided to rent a storage unit at this location since it was close to me. The price of the unit total $340.84 which includes Rent Tax which she had no clue what that was and also include the lock and insurance she said I had to buy. When asked about the half off 1st month rent she stated well you will not have to make your next payment until May. I said will you know today date is 3/30 and 4/1 is in 2 days. I’m confused about the 1st month begin half off. That was the 1st sign and something told me not to rent from them. 2nd sign I pull up to the gate access code not working. Finally get in the gate she told me my lock would be inside the unit. 3rd sign, Went to open my unit it was locked. She had to come out to unlock my unit. 4th sign once unit was unlocked there was no lock inside. 5th sign Jenn advanced me my access code will allow my to have 24 hours access since I’m moving tonight. It will only work for tonight. I said Jenn are you sure? She said yes, I’m sure my district manager advices me she give you access to get in just for tonight. I asked her now suppose I come up here with my things in my uhaul and my access code not working. What should I do? Jenn advices me to just press the button someone will answer and allow you access. I said great! So guess what! We go back home load the uhaul truck with the rest of my items pull up to the gate. Use my access code…..could not get in. Press the button….nothing happens. Call customer service …they advices me that the location I am at do not have 24 access and they will not be allow to let me in. WOW!

I’ve personally never rented a storage unit and was unsure how to go about doing so. I spoke to the manager (Jen) and she happily guided me through the process. Outstanding customer service!

Not happy AT ALL with the increase in price here. UPDATE: They awarded me a 3 month cusomer appreciation credit of $39 dollars so I am now very happy, thank you SO much!!

Paid online 2 months ago have never been able to access the unit. Finally reached Vicky today who said I have the wrong code (provided to me in the app) and the manager is on medical leave so that’s why I haven’t been contacted. How is this my fault $100 later, the employee needs fired and I’m contacting my attorney regarding the monies I’ve paid and they keep taking from my account!

After getting transferred 4 different times on the phone I decided to just go into the office. Heather was working and made up for my experience with the other staff on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and got me set up so I was in and out. Great customer service I would definitely recommend this location because of Heather.
