***UPDATE***UPDATE***UPDATE*** I spoke with their Distrit Manager, Marcos. This young man believes in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Although a little irritated, I heard him out. He addressed all of my concerns in a polite and apologetic manner which was much appreciated. The facility is not climate controlled. IT'S HOT! ---Marcos: There was a problem with the a/c unit which has been repaired. The building is not very secure from what I could see. There's a door that's been broken for about 2 months now. It has yellow CAUTION tape on it. ---Marcos: The parts that were needed to repair the door are taking a bit longer to arrive than we thought but they have been ordered and the door should be repaired within a few weeks. There are vagrants running in and out all the time. They enter and exit behind your car. I was coming in one morning and not only was a vagrant coming in behind me, he started yelling for his 2 buddies to hurry up before the gate closed. Marcos: Just let us know when this happens and we'll check to see what's going on and who they are. DON'T BE LATE on your payment, they will bombard you with nasty text messages to pay up or your things will be sold at auction! I counted 12 text messages and emails from them in one 24hr period of time. In all fairness, they do have a 5 day grace period. I came in in the middle of the month and after 2 weeks, I switched to a larger unit so I was confused about when my rent was due. They pro-rated it and some other stuff so I was just confused about it. That's when the harassing text messages and emails started. My God! It was HORRIBLY STRESSFUL and unnecessary! This is my 1st time ever renting a storage unit. Are they all this mean and nasty?! Good grief! ---Marcos: I apologize for the overwhelming (I'm paraphrasing now)emails and text messages. I'll adjust your account and make sure you don't receive anymore text messages. The app is a tiny bit glitchy but with a few tries it works. ---There's nothing to be done about this issue. It's really not a problem. One afternoon I was busy rearranging the things in my unit and I fell asleep. I took a nap. There's no lighting in the unit and no electricity. I have battery powered lights so I was fine . I kept the door down because of the people walking by all the time. They walk by and look in at you and your things. Your valuables. Your memories. Everything. Anyway, I was warned by the manager that if I did it again I'd be evicted. Wow. I was exhausted. I didn't fall asleep intentionally. Wow. "This is an in and out facility. You come in and drop off and you leave. You don't hang around for hours and sleep, change clothes, just drop off and pick up." That's what he said to me. I now go in, drop off or pick up or both. ---Marcos: For your safety we have to ask that you try to stay awake and take a break if you need to. Just try to walk around, regroup(paraphrasing) and start again. ---I could not argue this point. When you're right, you're right. As I said, it wasn't intentional however: the rules are the rules. If I go early in the morning when they open up, I usually see the same people leaving with backpacks or carts. You can't convince me that they don't live in those units. ---This issue wasn't addressed. Their hours of operation are ridiculous. 6 am to 6pm on weekdays and 6am to 5pm on weekends. Other people I've talked to at other rental places have lighting in their units, electricity, and a/c. They usually close at 9 or 10pm as well from what I've been told. ---This issue wasn't addressed. I'm sure Marcos has no hand in setting the facility hours of operation. Here's the kicker, they have the nerve to increase my fees from $175 per month to now $290 per month. ---This issue wasn't addressed. Again, I'm sure Marcos doesn't have the authority t change this. I forgot to ask him about a restroom and garbage removal. He was kind enough to offer me his services if I neeed anything or had any further concerns.

My only experience was in Cali public storage and I gotta say it was a great transition between state lines. Clean, easy to access and quite the price difference between states. I'm happy with this location. Manager Mark was precise, thorough and E, plicitcwith everything needed to know. I recommend this location.

This is the first storage unit I got arriving to Las Vegas a few days ago. I have not had any issues. The process was very easy and the app is all you need. Very clean facility and well kept.

This facility is NOT climate controlled! I mistakenly and regretfully rented a unit at this place and it’s horrible! No carts at all and it had to be at least 95° indoors and even hotter on the second floor! I want a refund! I will never recommend anybody to rent here or at any public storage! I never will again! It’s FALSE ADVERTISING and it’s illegal! Update: I requested a refund since I did not use the space I rented. And what a nightmare! I did this within the 24 hours and the guy I spoke to said they couldn’t give me a refund bc I didn’t call the day I rented it! I did call! Nobody answered! I left VM and emails and got nothing back! All that happened on 8/24 & 8/25. This morning on 9/2 my card was charged again! I am so frustrated and honestly pissed off at this horrible company. I want a refund Public Storage! They make it almost impossible to contact anyone and it’s a joke!

My experience with the staff was great but the facility is in desperate need of renovations a lot of things are broken and falling apart the pull rope from my storage unit was brittle and snapped there's only 1 flat bed cart which makes moving more difficult.

WARNING! They will raise your storage every 3-6 months and it won’t be low like most other companies. Mines raised $30 every few months.

Had my Silverado there for five months, these guys are all around trustworthy and professional. I would highly recommend this location, the team there were very helpful and answered all questions I’ve had through out the five months. I never had a worry about leaving my truck here. Thanks guys 👍🏽

The property is clean. I don't like how the office is rarely open during business hours. You have to make an appointment. Had I known this, I may had chosen a different company Update: Public Storage heard me. Actually the agent SHANEE took the time to call me, and listen to my gripes.

The biggest problem I had with this storage facility was the fact that they only have one cart to unload your stuff with which is ridiculous for a storage facility of this size.

Workers here are so extra. They keep the carts in the office and then get mad when you don’t return them to the office. It’s return spots for this reason but they don’t want you to use those. Then you can’t give them cart to someone else they want you to tell them to go to the office for it. Why do we both have to walk to the office to return it and then for the next person to get it. Literally got a call hours after I left because someone asked for the cart as I was leaving and I gave it to them to use. Smh No one wants to keep walking from one side of the facility to the other over a cart and then walk back to the other side just to get back to your car

Renting a unit over the app was simple and a breeze. The lady at the front desk Janean was an absolute delight, I was able to get a short tour from her of the location, and I was impressed with how clean the location was in general. Big shout out to Janean, I plan on renting here long term.

THE ALARM WENT OFF SINCE LIKE 6PM THE DAY BEFORE I LIVE RIGHT BEHIND THEM,CALLED THEM AND SPOKE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT THE ALARM WAS STILL GOING OFF PRETTY ANNOYING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO SLEEP AND WAKE UP AT 5AM!STILL LEFT WORK AT 6:30 AM STILL GOING ON SMH WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU GUYS ARE TAKING CARE OF SOMEONES PERSONAL BELONGINGS!

I've rented many Public Storage units in my time . I would have to say the location that Jeneen works at is the best . Its clean, well lit , and isn't cold . My only complaint would be how early they close. That part is very inconvenient to me and others im sure. The other locations need a "Jeneen" (I think her name was)at the front. If they extended the hours some and all had her they would be the perfect storage company. I meant to put five stars . Your company is great. I recommend !!!!

Recently I visited the East Cheyenne Rd location to get some information about unit rental . A Ms Janean was the person there that helped me. They were extremely busy that day but she managed to answer all of my questions. As well as help two others . Talk about multi-tasking. She was kind, friendly and very down to earth. I recommend this location .

The access until 5 or 6 pm is one of the most disgusting rules about this place, it prevents nothing and only causes inconveniences there's no reason for this other than to humiliate the customer

The Public Storage representative Jeanine was a very welcoming and pleasant! She answered all my questions and helped me complete the rental quickly! She did a great job! The facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is great and secure!

We were really getting concerned about this complex AC, lack of attendees HELP ie custamer services we were starting to look elsewhere till we your new on-site manager SHE turned our attitudes around fast with her, directly to the point on all our issues and her professionalism, she gained our trust and we upgraded to a larger unit

I had just moved here from Colorado. Got this storage unit and paid for it. When I went into the storage unit, there were no cards available for offloading my stuff into the unit even though the clerk at the desk said that there was. Also I was the only person in the facility so where are those cards are? Nobody really knows. It would have taken me two days to offload all my stuff into that facility as the load doors are only on one side of the facility. Also, there was a gentleman standing on the property selling drugs. That's awesome. Not exactly a great place. I would not recommend you going to this place.

Absolutely terrible, some of the highest prices in the area and no one on site to speak to unless you make an appointment through the call center. When people are there they are rude, condescending, unfriendly. If you can go anywhere else. I can't wait to get my stuff out of this place

This place stole all my stuff and acted like they don’t know what happened. They cut my lock off and put there’s on after stealing everything I ever owned. Don’t trust them, there’s no cameras in the hallways so store there at your own risk. I will never use this sorry excuse for a storage facility again. Nothing but thrives!

Kelly was super rude and condescending I have been buying storage units for so long, but I have never experienced such rudeness. I came to pay for my unit and immediately she starts being rude to me .I then asked her who the manager is ? she tells me it is her, I ask her if she has a superior, ,she then starts laughing ..so go figure !!!! then proceeds to write it on a paper she also tells me oh her name is Dawn !! and by the way tell her I said hi ...whatever that meant !!!!.....And there was a gentleman (customer) who can attest to this .Kelly do your job !!!! and let other people do what brought them there to do ..I wish I recorded this so.everyone can see how you tried to ruin my day but you didn't ..you are NOT my boss....My life is far bigger than a storage auction ... find peace it's a good thing to have !!!!! Funny thing I had 2 other units to clean out at another EXTRA STORAGE the lady was so welcoming and sooo professional because she did her job everything was fine .I am also going to take this up to your upper management and if Kelly you are the owner of this franchise there is always someone over that ..you will be held accountable ...There are cameras in your store so they can be reviewed . Signed a girl that refused to take your bad energy .
