The online experience was frustrating to say the least. Signing up for the units and getting the reservation was not particularly intuitive. I'm leaving this five-star review for Ron at the actual storage center. We brought our accumulation of roadblocks from the website and met with him at the facility and he was unbelievably easy to deal with, friendly, and professional. He had us in a locker in 5 minutes. I've always said it's the people that make the business, and Ron is your shining star on the ground at this facility.

Great service at this property. A gentleman who was prepping a unit next to mine for a new tenant stopped over and offered to sweep mine out while he was working. They’ve also been prompt and courteous with their responses to me whenever I’ve needed anything.

UPDATE
I want to give an update as for this issue i got some of it solved thanks to Ron. He was very polite and very helpful with what he could help with. Still to this day have not heard from any higher up management.
Will never use them again. I have had nothing but problems. I can’t use the app or online because they put my email address wrong I have been trying to change it for months. The property manager is never there, never returns phone calls, and does not show up for appointments. I got a text to make my payment on the 3rd like always and I set the payment to pay it was pending on my account then canceled on there end. I have been trying to get that figured out for weeks. Had an appointment yesterday at 10 no one showed called they said that somebody would be there or call me in 30 minutes waited an hour no call no show this went on for 2 hours me calling while waiting at the office and nobody showing up or returning calls finally I couldn’t wait any longer they said the district manager would call by end of day guess what no call. So I call this morning still the same run around.
