Ron exceeded my expectations today, I went in with a complaint about a price increase. He did get me a reduction in that increase but then we looked at my unit, which had space we were not using. I then rented a smaller space, half the size, moved all my things and everyone is happy. Ron was so helpful, I cannot thank him enough!
*UPDATE* The facility manager was able to get me a rate extension for 3 more months. I'll put it back to 5 stars, but hopefully corporate sees this and realizes there's a lot of options for storage facilities in Omaha, and bouncing people's rates around is how you get them to do business elsewhere.
*UPDATE* After only being there for 4 months, I get a letter in the mail informing me that my monthly rate is almost doubling from $44/month to $74/month.... Looks like I'll be going somewhere else. That's how you quickly go from 5 stars to 1 star.
