Update 6/28/24: something was going on with my account and I couldn't access it through the app or online. Tiffany happened to call me about my account and experienced the issues with me but was able to see some of the notifications that for whatever reason were not coming through to me. Because of her help my account is fixed. She was friendly, helpful and took away a stressor for me.

AD PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Ok so this is my 2nd review. I moved out 12/31. I told you how Ms AD helped me in my 1st review. Well after moving out I received an email saying I had a balance after moving out.🙄🙄 We made sure we left the gate up and returned the lock after removing my stuff. I reached out to Ms AD telling her my issue and TRUST she was on it. Ms AD in my opinion went over and beyond to help me with both situations. Her customer service is ON POINT! 1st time she pulled up on me on her day off at my location and helped me and now with another issue she helped me again. If I ever never need a storage facility again I will be going back to this location just so Ms AD can help me. She could've just been like no you have to do this and that but she did tell me if I have any issues to reach out to her and I did and she took very good care of me. Thank God for Ms AD! Thank You MS AD for all your help!!!!! You're my new best friend now😊😊😊

I called to have my unit canceled and payment returned back to me!
I was very frustrated! And customer service wasn’t any help at all!!
So I went to a different public storage and AD was God sent!!

A.D. was so helpful. We have a unit at another location where we can never seem to catch someone who works on site and we had a few major situations to take care of... after many attempts including making an appt at the Luther location customer service put us in touch with AD. She took her time, was smart and knew exactly how to solve every issue we've been trying to solve for months. She was kind and understanding. And finally I feel like it's all taken care of.
