-1 star for the corporate policies of month to month rental contracts and I’ve heard (from a neighbor who rents with the same facility) that prices have been raised so the rent has tripled after the contract is signed. Highly recommend if you plan to rent for longer term to prepay if you can to avoid the pricing raises month to month.

My husband and I stopped in and met another storage renter who was in a rough spot. We helped her make some connections and left feeling that things could improve for her at least a little bit. I stopped by to let Mitch in the office know about the situation. He said he knew who she was and that he really appreciated us trying to help her - with a grateful smile on his face, he said he had a renewed hope for humanity. We just did what we felt was right and I feel Mitch renewed my hope, too. I could tell her genuinely cared about that young lady’s situation, too.

Better get insurance, their storage facility is not waterproof. My friend got his things damaged. Big rip-off. You better have your receipts for your damages or they won't pay you shit. The insurance is just a scam to get more money from you.

this is a clean, well lit storage facility. They have a touchless gate entry app avail.too. For the indoor unit you enter into this huge garage that can fit 4 large vehicles even a small u haul truck. I only had to wait to enter garage one time for 5 min. generally I see very few people.

Great place! I was in the middle of moving from TN to WI and needed to store some personal items before flying out to Utah for work. I spoke with David, both in person and on the phone, and he was able to help me out on short notice with a storage locker. I was able to take advantage of the current promotion they had going on. Easy process to reserve a unit, move in and move out.
