Michelle is the best! The transition from my smaller unit to a larger one went smoothly. She went above and beyond to help answer my many questions. She even called me noticing I had trouble with the elevators and helped me solve the problem. Great experience at the Spring Lake Park Public Storage. It’s clean, cool inside, carts work well and hold a ton of stuff. I would definitely recommend!

One elevator had no light. At one point I locked my phone in my box and didn't know the code... The intercom buttons don't work and trying to flag the staff on camera didn't work, finally had to walk to the office to get my code since I needed a code to drive out. She was nice. They also provided rodent pellets as the top of my space is just metal wire.
Haylee (Manager) at this location is very cooperative, kind, and ready to extend help.

Update: We had rented from/stored with the Spring Lake Park Public Storage again a few years after this initial review. Catiana was still working there, and she remembered us from when we rented with them before. Every time we'd see her, whether we were there to pay rent or to simply access our unit, she'd always wave and say hi with a smile on her face.
Safe & secure place to secure your items. Catiana (sorry about spelling) was very helpful in setting up our rental when we first moved into Public Storage. Very friendly! Robin is there now, and she is very helpful and friendly too and helped make storing & moving out a breeze. I wouldn't store with any other company or at any other Public Storage location. Thanks, ladies!

I have been renting here for years and there's no better manager & team than katiyanna and haylee! She works very hard keeping the place clean and keeping out the riff raff! I highly recommend this place to ANYONE looking to rent. The ladies are very helpful and informative and always willing to help you get the right space at the right rate. Rates do go up over time but they have all the answers to help me keep it low!
Let’s be honest: If you are going to a storage unit, it might not be the best of times. Sure, you might be storing seasonal items in a tiny locker, but there’s a better than average chance that you are in some big transition and maybe not of your own choice.
So if you are already feeling angry, frustrated, sad — or all of the above — the last thing you need is someone being difficult or argumentative, making things generally worse. Luckily, the person at the front desk every time I have been in, a person named Haylee, has always been cheerful, helpful, clear, concise and a general pleasure to work with.
Haylee helped me with my entry code that wasn’t working. She helped me get units that were close together. She helped explain about my charges in a way that made sense but also wasn’t condescending. My move has been a nightmare, but working with Haylee has been a dream… and one of the few positive spots in this process!
Public Storage should be proud to have such a person being the first contact point with their customers!

I want to leave this review to shed some light on by far the best employee your company has to offer. I had been struggling with issues related to my payments for my rent for a couple months and had a very hard time trying to get things figured out and resolved by several employees at this location and also with a few people at the corporate office. The day finally came when I walked into the spring lake park office to be greeted by HAYLEE BEHNKE. First off she was very happy, calm, friendly and an overall wonderful presence to be greeted by walking in the door. She was very patient with me as I explained to her with some frustration all of the things that I had been struggling with for the last few months with my rent. She proceeded to handle the situation EXTREMELY well and did everything she possibly could to accommodate me and the troubles I was having for the last few months and in very little time she got everything figured out for me and I walked out the door with a smile on my face! I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for being the BEST employee your company has to offer!!!
The area is well cleaned up and haylee was always helpful and handled/answered every question she was very professional and I recommend this place
Rose took my call just before close and let Haylee know I was on my way in and worked together so that when I arrived right before closing time that they had everything ready for me and although I had a million questions but they took care of it all and went great when others would have tried to rush out at closing time so that was really cool.

I actually had a great time setting up my account and my unit with the site manager, Justus. They informed me of everything I needed to know, and they were very kind and professional. We even joked around a little and that made it a nice and relaxed experience. This is my first time renting a storage unit, so I didn't really know what to expect, but I'm happy to say it went very well thus far.

It's a decent enough storage facility. Rates 4 stars because I don't like that you have to enter a code to leave. Sure, getting in... but to leave? More hassle than it's worth and causes too many traffic jams.

I expirienced something that I've never seen in the past with this Public Storage and it was awesome! I was able to reserve, sign up and pay all online and we did not have to go into the office at all. We downloaded the app, signed in with the instructions provided in a email, showed up and was able to open the gates with my phone, got to our locker and the lock was there already.
This is by far the best expirience renting a storage locker and by far the easiest and fastest.
Update: I started here with one locker, the experience has been so positive that I now have 5 lockers here. That is a testament to how well this facility treats it's customers

Got a 5x5 space, temperature control for $15 a month. Was $11 couple months ago. Cheaper then most out there.
I rented a indoor unit, for a couple of months, boy do they have that place locked up, u need your code to get into every door and elevator, the map is a little confusing but you get use to it, good prices on units, and friendly staff too.
Karla was very helpful with getting me a new storage space, and the proper size for that amount of stuff I have.

The young lady wasn't I. The office she was doing her job. I suggest that they are able to put up a sign stating that they are away for a few minutes, so that way they don't have upset customers who came to pay their bill.
Loved storing things here! Service was great from EVERY employee and the unit was clean and in excellent condition. I had other storage units closer to my home but this place had the best deal and best people. Highly recommend!
