Three stars for my bad experience with an individual who works over there that I interacted with yesterday. She was rude, weird and disrespectful otherwise place is quite you will have excellent communication thro their online support. I don’t know the person’s name but she drive a silver Volkswagen.

I would like to thank Rashelle for everything she has done for me from A-Z she truly cares for the customers here at Public Storage unlike other employees that I've dealt with at other locations. She is very nice and respectful and very helpful and very patient with me anything that I needed to get done or check on she got it done for me right away she truly deserves everything for what she's done here at Public Storage.

📍Google Guide Review✨ one of the most inexpensive places to get storage. The facility is easy to access via app or pin code with a gate immediately at the entrance. The area is clean and mostly not busy. Definitely recommend.

I went to Public Storage to pick up my daughters personnel belongings because she is currently in a rehab facility in NC(drug and alcohol) she is doing well and has decided to move in with us after finishing her treatment.I knew where her belongings were stored as i have been paying the bill.She could not remember the unit number or the gate code.I tried to explain the situation to the lady at the desk even showing her my text messages documenting all of this and explained that she is not allowed to have her cell phone but only gets two 15 minute phone calls a week on Wednesdays and Sundays.She clearly did not care but was also rude and refused to even help me get the numbers.Her cell phone seemed to be more important.Addiction is one of the leading causes of death among young people and i cant believe a person could be so heartless! I will never patronize this business again! I had to drive back to NC 10.5 hours and was not able to leave until 8pm because of this woman.It literally took 5 hours of phone calls to finally get this information! I wish i knew her name however she was an older woman with long red hair so beware!

Got a notification that my storage unit was having its door replaced. All of my items in storage were now going to be left to the snow and rain of Michigan for a considerable time period, although guarded by a security company. I guess this is what I signed in the contract. If I wanted my items in the rain and snow, I would have left them in my yard saving $169 per month of which they raise the rent every three months or so. I decided to to move my items to a different storage facility. Upon trying to exit the storage complex the gate would not open and I was stuck in the gate for over 2 hours. Trying to reach somebody at the company is not a possibility, as there are no live agents readily available to assist. I was told to call 911 by the reservation department because there were no available agents to assist. With police on site and permission given, I was able to manually open the gate with the clutch override due to having a key to the gate operator as I happen to install these gates for a living. All that I have to say is good luck in contacting anybody for assistance if needed. If you can actually talk to a person they just send you through a loop and a loop and a loop and a loop in the calling system. Very poor experience with this company overall. Also, not to mention, I had to incur an additional two hours worth of van rental due to not being able to get out of the gate once inside.

I rented before in the past at various public storage locations and this location is weird, after I booked with this location someone called to confirm and asked if I had questions I said no I was good because I already know from prior rentals I’ve done in the past. Afterwards I get another call the next day and I ignored it because I already had spoke to someone there. This continued for about two weeks someone calling me regarding my rental and the manager over the store called me saying that she would have to cancel my order if I didn’t speak with her so finally I answered for her and one she said my name wrong calling me Mitchell instead or Michell. I corrected her and she gave some ba excuse saying it was spelled wrong and it wasn’t, then she told me if I didn’t pay upfront for the unit then it would be canceled and I never have this happened to me in the past. I get the promotion going on at the time and just pay when I move in not having all this happened just to cancel my reservation. I feel that it was something more to it by the way they were acting for two weeks calling me telling me their just calling to see if I had any questions but really that was not the case if you are trying to charge me before my reservation date . I would not recommend this location because this was a bad experience that I didn’t ask for but they were calling me daily leaving messages asking me if I had any questions and if I did have questions don’t you think I would have called within that two weeks you called me before you called to cancel my reservation that was set in arvance

I just want to hear just to clean't really give you a review on it. Except for to say that you people are a mess. It took me an hour to clean 1 hour. And I don't even know if this is the one that I was cleaning out here. That was 2 of them at 1 site and it took me. 8 hours and I still gotta go back and finish it. Because you guys are a mess. Or if it's the one I want to add another 1 that had 10 units. And there's no way I can even do that 1 I couldn't afford a truck to do that long because it would take a week at least if not longer to clean out because you ties aren't absolute mess. I mean, at this one side here to have 10 of them, there was so much furniture I could open up a furniture store and so many mattresses I could open up a mattress store. I mean, you guys are an absolute mess and then you got puns and tons of stuff to throw on ever you were. And I think you'd think that it's OK that it's no big deal, but it looks makes you look Bad.

The storage lockers are ok. And there are horribly deep I mean like swallow half ya car size potholes in the pavement through out the property! Exterior doors are beat up pretty bad Also they do not offer any sort of dolly or cart to assist with moving items into locker. Price wise it’s ok I’m paying about 86$ a month for. 5x10

Beware, they bait you in with good price then keep raising it. We moved out at one point the re rented months later. Got the exact same unit for around half price. Then, over a number of months they raised the price multiple times until its the same again.

This is an horrible place, the manager is so rude, nasty, very unprofessional and unhelpful to say the least. Classes on people skills, professionalism and customer service should be a on going training for these people in the service industry. How they forget without customers they wouldn't have a job. If I could leave no stars I would.

horrible place to use! rude very poor customer service skills, they don't by company procedures. no communication then blame computer for notifications not being sent out. They"ll randomly cut locks off before its time, which is not the procedure to begin with leave your stuff sitting unlocked, they don't notify you, then Rashelle will blame the incompetence on another staff member who isnt of course there at the time to explain ( which is kinda funny cause I never saw anyone else working there.) she"ll just shrug it off like no big deal ! There are many public storage places in the area and i have used several even down in Detroit, they are far more respectful, better customer service skills, go by company policy they dont have imaginary employees doing unauthorized lock cuts USE ONE OF THEM DO NOT USE THIS ONE .

it will not allow me to write a review without giving at least one star my actual rating is 0 stars very poor customer service, rude, no communication then she'll blame the computer system for notifications not being sent, never calls, her employee cut a lock off with out advising, ( I am familiar with the procedures per company, they dont follow them) and she didnt even know, just left it open. went in to pay my bill never said a word about anything then found out they had opened my unit put their lock on it she didnt even know( so she, Rashelle said ). will never use again. no other Public Storage facility that I have used in michigan weather in Detroit or metro area has been as rude, unfriendly, severely poor customer service skills and goes by their own rules like this one DO NOT USE DO NOT GO HERE ANY OTHER ONE BUT HERE !!!!
