Excellent customer service! I highly recommend. It’s a well run storage site.
So I rented a locker for $172 a month. I asked the sales lady "Can the price go up, and if so how often and how much?" she said I was locked in for the year. Three months later my credit card shows the price when to $234. A 36% increase after 3 months. Be warry of the place. Bait you in. waiting for you to load up your locker, then skyrocket the price.
Other then that the place is nice.

Her attention to detail and her help in acquiring is much better that the help I received from managers at White Oak facility. Her level of service of detail is superior to what I received in White Oak and is even worth me having to making a payment that I Didn't owe as I vacated in a timely manner. I was charged for other people using my gate code. Some people storing lawn mowers. The level of service, professionalism, superior service, and attention to detail that is well worth me paying for something that I do not owe to be here. I wish all of your locations operated at the level and standards of this facility(Hillwood). It is a blessing to me that I'm renting here.

I moved in a Sunday. Imani was there alone, to help, and she was excellent. From helping me find the storage unit, showing me how to open it, she was extremely service oriented.
I have been storing with them for the past 6 months. I came in today and had the pleasure of having Imani help me out. She was super friendly, attentive and patient. All the staff I’ve encountered are good but Imani really went above and beyond.

Made a reservation online only to find out there was a mice problem currently being handled (was not disclosed prior to reservation by employee onsite). Had to reach out to the online agent with Public Storage to cancel my account after four hours of booking as the office was closed during business hours and the property manager was unresponsive. Was told I would be refunded the full cost of the unit by the online agent. When the property manager finally reached out, it was days later, and they admitted to the mice infestation. When checking for my refund, it was not processed because the property manager took days to cancel the booking. Had to reach out to an online agent again for assistance. Was even charged for a lock, after I said I had my own lock and would have to call the property manager for the charge to be refunded. But no one answers the phone. Finally left a message and the online agent is also calling as the property manager takes days to respond.

Had big price increase a few months after moving in but otherwise staff at this location are great. The staff watches the property very closely. Carts always available and elevators work well.
The facility is clean and the customer service is great. It was easy peasy to set up the account and get your unit at this location. The staff members are friendly and courteous and readily accessible to anyone to assist with any queries you may have. Great location and like I said earlier clean and no problems. Carmelita made this part of our cross-country move as easy as it could possibly be. She knows her job backwards and forwards and was full of good advice and direction when we needed it. She was very flexible when, with some of our belongings still on the moving van, we suddenly realized we were going to need to rent an additional space and she responded immediately. An incredibly helpful lady named carmelita walked us through purchasing a storage unit. She answered all the questions we had and questions we hadn’t even thought of yet.
