Ms. Laurie was incredible in every way! Prior to my move in date she called me in advance to communicate she had received my reservation and the type I reserved fit my needs. Then upon arrive she treated my whole family and I like well "family". She was super personable and even aided in my navigation around the facility with my 26' truck + attached trailer. After realizing I had my own lock for my unit she allowed me to return the lock unused and credited the cost back to my account. Hands down best employee/customer service I have ever had with a Public Storage Facility and I have had several units with them over the past 7 years. I am grateful for you all and would gladly do business with you all again.

Laurie, property manager, was helpful and gave clear directions on how to upsize my unit. She was clear and understanding. She made the check in and move in process very easy.
Laurie provided excellent customer service to me and my mom today outlining alternatives for changes to our storage unit. She went the extra mile to print & highlight copies of account info for mom who prefers paper copies for ready reference even though the same info is available online. She also gave great technical support for using the app and access code on mom's phone so she can operate the gate without getting out the vehicle. Thank you Laurie!

I have had an exceptional experience worth noting with Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 5801 Woodcliff Rd, Bowie, MD - especially with the on-site property manager Laurie. Her customer service has been outstanding. Moving is stressful. Period. I was spread pretty thin and exhausted when I arrived at the site to say the least. She spent time with me out of legitimate concern (which allowed to to calm somewhat), proceeded to help me arrive at exactly what I needed with nothing more and no pressure. She truly cares for the facility grounds, maintenance of, and is clearly in the “right seat on the bus” as the expression goes. Through my rather rocky transfer to the area I experienced a problem with my move/movers. She went out of her way to help me by availing all options and realities therein. By my experience, you cannot pay a person to care - that is priceless. Thank you, Laurie. Your kindness and understanding is above a beyond that of which I have had the pleasure of experiencing in quite some time. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs. The staff, Branch Manager, Laurie listened to my needs for storage and was able to locate the perfect unit for my storage. I was delighted about finding the right unit and the location is great! I did not know that PS was in that location; another PS rep referred me to Laurie.
