We rented from public storage for 4 1/2 years. never had a problem. Storage stayed dry . We recently moved out of out unit. The sweet young lady in the office named Candice took care of closing out our unit. Candice was very helpful went through all the details about closing out the unit and how I would receive my receipt.Very pleasant young lady We had a few laughs. Candice was someone that you could just talk to all day . She answered all my questions with a smile. Wonderful experience.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms.Teara from the belair, md location, Ms. Teara was patient with me while I had many questions and concerns on several occasions, she was thoughtful and polite and really helped when needed, I know I can count on Ms.Teara anytime to help me by phone call or in person! I haven't had the opportunity to meet any other staff at this location, but if their anything like Ms.Teara you're in good hands!

The public storage at a glance is nothing spectacular. Yes it's clean, well maintained and secure. But what you don't see is the exceptional customer service provided by Mary. This alone garners five stars. Her never ending quest to ensure customer satisfaction is rare.

Teara and Mary made my experience at this Public Storage location perfect in every way. When I first booked my unit Teara was there for me and quickly got me up and running making it so easy for me. When I no longer needed the unit and moved on Mary was there to get me checked out and she even waited at the gate for me and personally checked me in when I showed up to pack up. On my way out with my stuff both Teara and Mary were there to answer all of my questions and wish me well. What a great experience.
Mary was AMAZING at helping me with everything I needed help with and answering all the questions I had. She was very polite and kind and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my storage space! The is the first storage space I have been to where the experience felt personal and REAL! I actually felt cared about! Mary just radiates positivity unlike I’ve ever seen before! Even when my kids were running around being loud and crazy, she was quick to politely provide activities to keep the kiddos occupied, she simply started a game of ispy with my kids and they became engaged in the game and quieted down a little, what a genius idea! I am beyond pleased with my experience and I applaud Mary for being the beautiful soul she is.

I choose this location because of its convenience even though it has many recent bad reviews. I had a pleasant experience renting a unit here. I reserved a unit online and moved my items in a few hours later. I called and spoke to someone on the phone to confirm my online booking. She was pleasant and friendly when we arrived and offered us to tour the unit before making a final decision. The unit was clean and there was a cart readily available to use for our heavier items. After reading the comments I opted for auto-pay to avoid a lockout. Rates are reasonable compared to the competition.
why is this girl always here by herself I always see her around the facility alone even witness her lift a heavy dresser into the dumpster by herself she DEF gets 5 STARS shes always nice and polite and has a smile. But Her managment gets 1 STAR from me
I just want to say that when I walked into the climate controlled storage for the first time that the floors looked clean and I was happy with what I saw. We needed to upgrade our storage because we rented one that was to small. Quita was amazing and super helpful. So far I think we made a good choice picking here. The $1 a month storage was super helpful for the first month too!

Public storage and myself certainly didn't get off to the best start. And some of that was probably my fault as I can be a little dramatic at times. I can't promise that your experience here will be A++ but I can tell you from personal experience that if you are not satisfied with something they (Sara!!! District manager!!
