So far, this has been the best storage place that I have been at. Irene has been such a big help with everything and all my needs. Every time I have a problem, she can either handle it or find out what’s going on and takes care of it Thank you Irene for making everything so easy.

Public Storage acquired the facility at which I have been a long time renter. They were very helpful and worked with me and my wife to get a much better rate and a new refreshed unit. I'm saving a ton of money and no more maintenence issues. Extra thanks to the local office for being so kind and helpful.
Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Absolutely no desire to help me sort out issues created when Public purchased the location from Extra Space. Rude, insensitive and unprofessional.
