Visits to my storage unit are as smooth as butter each time with no complaints while having WiFi gate entrance access, boy oh boy, my favorite especially during cold winter stormy days. Long story short, my most recent visit topped it off. If it weren’t for Karen, a Staff Member, I probably would have had to sleep the night there stuck at the gate attempting to exit.
Due to my public storage application no longer functioning properly (0 space on iphone13), my gate access was shot! Anywho, I gather my personal information to answer questions only I would know the answers to, and I was able to exit the storage facility with out a problem.
Awesome people skills, great service, & good parking. I would definitely recommend this storage facility to Friends & Family

Update: they called me back THE SAME DAY and are resolving the billing issue, moving forward remember if you use a gate code, even just to double check your unit after you've moved out, that will make you count as "active" again!
My only real gripe is one of the buildings has a steep incline at the door, and can make moving large items on wheels a bit... thrilling, but if you bring your own wagon it's easy enough
Their corporate customer service hold times are long, but Tom and the folks in this location are very helpful! Thank you again Tom!

My family and I are helping my Great Aunt find storage in Westford as she has to move into assisted living, which my Aunt is having a difficult time adjusting to her new life.
We came in to find out information about storage for her valuables and sentimental items from her home.
We took her to the office where Dottie (my great aunt) was able to speak with a lady there named Beth who was very kind, patient and quite knowledgeable about the facility which put our Dottie at ease. Thank you so much Beth for being so kind and patient with our Aunt Dottie, she was such a sweet lady and my Aunt Dottie just loved her country accent as she was born and raised in a rural area as well.

Updating my review after my experience with Tom today. From 1 star to 5 stars because of this guy. He deserves a raise for that positive vibe and smile.
Rates are high and increase regularly. My unit was not climate controlled and I did need to throw some stuff away due to mold growth from the environment in the building. They did find me a unit on the spot though and that’s what I get for not doing research.
Needed to talk to a rep during normal business hours but the office door was locked with the rep sitting outside in her maroon jeep liberty smoking a cigarette. She watched me walk up to the door and try to open it yet said nothing to me and proceeded to open it up once I got in my car and was already pulling out. Also their rates are kind of insane. There’s better options.
Wow. I Met Andrea the other day as I was looking at a few units for a friend that has passed away. Andrea was so understanding and patient with all of my questions. She went above and beyond just to make sure I was satisfied. Even though I was not ready to rent at the moment as it's not for me. She was still very thorough. GREAT asset to this company. Will definitely tell family and friends about this location and the great manager Andrea.

After our conversation I felt really good about the size we choose and the easy access we get when compared to other options. The office is always open and help is always around when I need it. I’d recommend this location to everyone!
Came into the office looking for a 5x5. there were none available but Andrea tried her best to try and help me find a unit suitable for me. Even though I chose not to rent any of the other spaces, she was still very helpful and friendly. If I end up needing a larger space I will be coming back to rent from here.
