Allow me to give my experience..
I have the smallest unit, for about 3 to 4 years now, it started at $80 to then rise to now $120+ an still going up - no upgrade unit or reason outside time used.
They don't keep the units cold or cooled off it's always 78 degrees or hotter even when asked about it, stays hot.
No per unit dolly or cart as advertised, there always scattered, people enter without pass code from time to time whenever I stop in.
Biggest grievance I have is the price gouging. To have the smallest unit an paying over $120 and told its going up - only after its increased to then be given a discount still rising the price unnecessarily is the main reason its inevitable customers won't stay. No longevity when other places/even PS offers lower prices for bigger units but not if your an existing member/loyal customer.
Rick works at this location & he's honestly one of the reasons I've stayed as he's a nice/polite grounds keeper that actually trys to help.
Felt strongly enough to rewrite a review prior to hunting for a new storage, hope this helps protect the next person looking for a fair deal in a storage unit. (Picture of the temp in my units building, stays over 76 or hotter regardless of requests to lower..)

What a great experience I had this morning at Public Storage. Nzinga and Toy were so friendly, professional and helpful. They took the time to help an indecisive, technologically challenged individual navigate the online process, and took the time to actually show me the actual units. They even saved me a few bucks in the process (always a bonus). In a time when everything is moving towards e-based business it was refreshing to talk and joke with people. Good job ladies. To Nzinga, you are a wonderful mentor and coach. To Toy. You have got this. You are both employees Public storage should be honored to have.

I just moved out today and had an AMAZING experience withPublic Storage thanks to Rick. When I first moved in he was extremely helpful. He took me to my unit and showed me how easy it was to access. What jumped out to me was how clean the property and units were. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Not only was I unable to vacate the property or make payments online, the balance continued to accumulate, causing financial strain. I've worked directly with Rick since I opened my unit at this facility. Rick is absolutely the best. Customer service is stellar and he's helped me out a couple of times when I needed assistance on a couple of minor issues which were resolved in a matter of minutes. He's a true professional with a great attitude. I would highly recommend this facility primarily because of his service.
I rented with public storage for 4 months through the winter. We never had any issues. The units are clean, we didn’t have any mice issues. We even had an incident where our payment was a few days late and although I was worried Rick made it all better. Rick was always there to greet us with a wave as we were coming and going through the window. He’s a very sweet and kind man with a country warm living invite to him. He makes public storage feel like a second home. If we ever have to store anything in the future I know we will choose this place with no hesitation because of Rick!
Rick at beaula Church Rd takes the best care of the property there .
One time he had to contend with all of the people that have problems there but he does a great of letting the renters know what is is going on with the place he will call the renters if it will affect their property in the units

EVERY TIME i need them, while i was already inside the lot, i call the number on my card, and they ALWAYS answer. Very happy with my experience so far with Public Storage. Renting a unit last minute on a Saturday was no problem at all and I found their monthly rate to be very reasonable. Customer service was excellent which is a rarity these days but Kaye was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the rental agreement and felt comfortable with everything. I would definitely recommend this place if you need to rent a storage unit.

They is never anybody in the store it stay close even on the hours they say they are open!they are not on the premises anywhere! They don't check thier box outside in a timely mannor! Put a check in the box on the 2 and still no response!it's the 8! Now they are raise the rent every 6 months!

They charge around 35 bucks first month. Then tell you something like 60 a month. Then somehow you owe 130 or more a month. They got all kinds of hidden charges

They cost me an additional $200 thanks to them locking gate at 630pm when supposed be open until 9pm so had rent Uhaul and helpers an extra day. Also, I'm currently being overcharged for unit. When i set it up the deal was $68 a month for unit i have yet wqs charged $122. I've called and says gonna be after jan 3rd before i hear back
