Not very happy, could hardly get into my storage, you can message through the app and never get a response.Forget about being able to get your things out of the storage they close during business hours so you’re out of luck if you work during the times they are open. They up the rent randomly with no explanation, if they say they have a special on the unit you’ll never receive it. They also auctioned my things off with no proper notice. My grandmother passed away and I had some memories in there that are now gone due to lack of communication.

Bait and switch artists. Website says one thing, things change when you go in to get unit. Last minute unauthorized charges that will be "refunded" up on sign up. Avoid like the plague unless and until they revise their practices. Terrible business ethics. Will not recommend.

I've had a unit at the strawberry ln location for years, recently I went back to liquidate it and everything was covered in mouse droppings. Stuff was stolen and broken. They only had a plastic/wire clip on it the first day, but when I came back the next day they had an actual lock on it, so they knew it was wrong, I salvaged what I could and left. I don't blame the girls that run the office. I blame the company for not keeping the place rodent and pest free.

Can we get into our unit when the office is closed?

Our contractor has sent us to a wrong facility, knowing we have a semitrailer. Once at Strawberry Lane Office, Public Storage employee Jackie helped us navigate to the right place 5 miles away. Instead of dealing with moving company that sent us to the wrong place, Jackie from Strawberry Ln Public Storage office was prompt, genuine and acted fast and flexible in order to search on maps for the correct facility. Then went above and beyond and instead of us trying to dig up all necessary info from Operator on the phone, Jackie gave us all the details like the facilitie's office hours (even advised us that currently they are short of staff and not open this day) provided us with access code and had knowledge that the lock for the unit will be ready for us. It is very rare to see employees like Jackie, who go the extra mile to help you out. Saved our day Jackie!! Hope she is the manager at her Storage office ;)

This location has served me well! Terrence and Teresa helped me out tremendously when it came to switching from two units to one big unit. They went above and beyond to say the least! If you work with them they will go out of their way to do anything they can for you! 5 stars!

I rented on the internet for 43$ but when I showed up I was charged 58$ after the women at the desk adjusted my rental I now have rental set up for exact same space for 43$ will be moving on 31st, and suing for fraud

On site manager Terrance is one of the friendliest and most accommodating people I've ever done business with. I highly recommend this public storage site because of him.

Terrence and Andrew did not know me but knew that I had been with the storage place for a long time both of them went above and beyond to help me out of a sticky situation I am forever indebted to them. These guys are a dynamite team! You all need more employees like this.

Very professional, helpful, and the units are great. Molly was very friendly and guided me step by step.

The hours are not good. I work till 5pm and with closing so early i dont find much time to do the things i need. I also dont like that my bill is due and the next day considered late and a lock put on my account the next day. There is no grace period at all. I will be switching to a different unit soon.

Office was closed again. This is the third time this office has been closed when I tried to pay the bill.

Rates change every month, rude employees, over priced, the works. Absolutely avoid if at all possible. I used storage express prior to this and my rates went up 1 time in the near 4 years. No excuse for this. They've lost business in me. I will spread the word.

I have been a returning customer for the third time now, and would like to express how strawberrry lane public storage, store 26554, has the best facility in Louisville. Kudos to Cathy, the property manager, for doing such a thorough and fine job at keeping it clean, and staying on task with any issues that may arise, and overall customer service she gives on a daily basis to customers....Thank you Cathy!

I got an email from them telling me that the cost of my unit was going up. It didn't just go up but it increased $19 to be exact, I thought this was quite high. I inquired about it and they went through the motions and ultimately they said there was nothing they could do because I was renting the unit at $20 below the market value and this was the new increased rate that they said was $20 below market rate. I really don't think its my fault that they rented this unit to me at a lower rate but I definitely don't like that they increased the price so much. With this being said I wouldn't be surprised if they raised the rental expense higher. Definitely have to find a new storage space ASAP.

I dealt with Kelly the majority of my time having a storage unit. She was always very helpful when I had questions. I would recommend Public Storage, solely on her attitude and attention to how she interacts with customers. Thank you for holding my things for about 1 yr.

Do not rent storage space from this facility. Office never seems to be open when it is supposed to be. Alot of other reviews on this location are clearly not legitimate, or for other locations. These people like to play games and raise their already high rates.

Staff don’t know what they are doing and property manger acts like a child when having to deal with situations her staff made and makes empty threats about keeping people form getting thier things. Go else where unles you like to argue ! And I’m pretty sure most of these other reviews are fake...

The gate is almost always broken. It's not worked in weeks. Knowing this company, it won't be fixed any time soon. If you need to reach the district manager, Erica WILL NOT answer, and she WILL NOT return your calls. I'll update my review if she ever calls me back. So many issues with this company. Cathy does a fine job here, and none of the issues I've had are her fault. It's entirely upper management.

I just rented a unit through them decent prices insurance isn't too expensive either the lock price is a little higher then I was expecting to pay but it is a cylinder lock so it's harder for someone to get into it but over all not a bad price at all and I will say one thing CATHY is absolutely amazing she was super informative and very very helpful I caught her on her lunch break and she still stayed and rented us the unit I will definitely be back in the future if i need a unit

Bed place they make you take the insurance in their prices are too high

My wife and I went to Public Storage on Strawberry Lane and the service was exceptional. Although the unit we wanted was unavailable at that particular moment....Cathy went above and beyond every measure possible to make sure we were in an unit before we left. She gave us several options and the unit we chose was very clean and turned out to be exactly what we were looking for. Thanks again Cathy for EVERYTHING!! I highly recommend using Public Storage on Strawberry Lane.
