This place is a joke and I amagin the company itself is a joke. You see this place will lie to you they will use the office people and customer service people to raise your rate anytime they want. I'm not mad or resentful I am just telling you the truth.stay away from any of the public storage company they're only trying to raise their stock price. Don't be the one who has to pay that price. And they're breaking into units all the time just trying to help. Or you can get ripped off it's your choice, don't say I didn't warn you

The manager Ashley at strawberry Lane was very sweet and helpful. She really went out of her way to answer my questions and help me.
I spoke with Ashley and jamika yesterday about a unit. Ashley was extremely helpful and informative. her level of customer service was a breath of fresh air. i would definitely recommend using this stotage facility, it was very clean and very secure. Both ladies were helpful and friendly.
I'm bad with names but Allison or Ashley is alright in my book. She acted like she actually wanted to be at work and help people. You don't see to much of that anymore. I would of gave her 5 stars but she looks to much like my ex wife.

Stop by location at Strawberry Lane the other day. Ashley was the one who took care of me and I was very pleased with the experience. She was very polite and very knowledgeable to answer all my questions and the faculty was very well kept during my tour.

Unless you're looking for Your storage Unit pricing to go up without "Any notifications" or for the staff not to be present at public storage or available on the phone to talk to. Not to mention if you also like calling the District manager John!! And Leaving voicemails and not Answering and not trying To handle the situation.. Then be my guest public storage is for you!!

Today I had the pleasure of speaking to Melvin and Leslie! They were both so great on the phone. They helped me and had a wonderful attitude. They make me feel more comfortable about my furniture at the storage. Thank you both for so much help today!!

We rented a unit from the strawberry location in Louisville Kentucky who did most of our rental online with a few hiccups when we got to the storage unit facility Ashley when be ofand beyond to help us finish our rental agreement very knowledgeable

I've used Public Storage many time over several years and their customer service was always good at best. With that said, the units over at the Strawberry Lane location is hands down the best face to face customer service. The woman waiting on me was Ashley, she was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Along with being patient and understanding she had a calmness to her that was very helpful.
Moving is hard for everyone and finding a Storage place is stressful on its own.
Ashley made my move easier and less stressful.
