I love, love, love this place!! Very clean and organized. John really helped me when I wasn’t sure how much storage I needed for all my belongings. He asked me about all of my items and then got me into the right size unit. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fantastic service! I highly recommend this place for all of your storage needs.

My experience with this storage facility has been nothing but pleasant! My boyfriend, best friend, and I all rent a unit here, and we are very pleased with the service John, the property manager, provides. He’s always pleasant and helpful while always keeping the facility clean as a whistle! Bathrooms are always stocked with toilet paper and cleaned regularly. I can’t imagine renting anywhere else. Thanks John for your hospitable nature and for treating my stuff like your stuff!

What they don't tell you in your contract is, while they can increase rates at any time with 30 days notice, they have STANDARD rate increases at 6 months, 12 months and 24 months. Would have been nice to have that transparency when we moved our stuff here. Of course they know they have you once you use them since it's such a pain to move.

There aren't enough good words to say about John at my local Public Storage. He's patient, pleasant, helpful, and always has a smile. It's a pleasure to deal with him and I wish more customer service folks were like him!! Thank you, John and Publc Storage.

Store my belonging here. Only part I don't like is when they took over from other company they quit offer insurance. And from time to time they have problems with the Autopay system. Other than that its good.

I had a very good experience with public storage. First, the intake process with corporate was very seamless. Second, the follow up process with the actual storage facility was excellent. I was unsure about the size of the storage space needed and John, the store manager, was very helpful in assuring me that the space I reserved was sufficient and it really was. Everything fit in perfectly. The facility grounds are clean and safe. I had a good experience with this facility.

I reserved a unit a few days before I needed to move in. A very nice young lady called me the next day to confirm. Long story short I didn't have access to my debit card so I was told to call back. OK. I get that. I was not ever told anything about the hours of operation being changed for any reason. I was also not ever told that the physical office was closed at all. The girl I spoke with talked about physically coming in to finish. Fast forward to Saturday. Moving day. I realized among all the chaos of moving I forgot to call them. So its about 2:30 Saturday. The website and reservation email all state closing is 5:30. OK. So I call and get no answer. I wait and call again just before 4:00. Now I'm worried..I left a message. No call back. So I leave the people I'm moving with and head over there. I had plenty of time to make it by 5:30. It was critical we unload same day because if not we would have to extend our truck rental which could become quite pricy. I arrived at the facility. No one. There are also signs saying due to covid the office is closed. WHY was I not informed of this earlier that week? Covid has been an issue for a while. I doubt the office was just closed. Since I cannot get anyone in the office I call the corporate number. It was at this point about 5. Even the man from customer service confirmed they should have been open. He sends them a message to call me. Assuring me they would. Nope. So after about 10 minutes I realize I am getting no where. Thankfully I found a completely different company that was open. Otherwise we would have been stuck with the rental truck longer. I understand things happen. But when you run a place that people need access to having a back up plan is super important. There was another sign that said due to electrical issues the elevator wasn't available. OK. My unit was ground level. If you have to close early and you know you have someone coming to move in don't you think you should call them ASAP if you know this may be a problem??? Even corporate reps were confused as to why no one was there. Trust me. I have worked in forms of customer service for 18 years. This is not good. An already stressful day could have been MUCH worse if the other place wasn't available. I'm not writing this review out of anger so much is I am trying to stop this from happening to someone else.

This is one of the cleanest storage facilities I've seen in a while. The staff today was informative and helpful. If you want excellence service and some eye candy this is definitely the place to store your stuff. The pricing is on point for the Cumming area.

Unit and building look clean, secure and modern. Mike was so courteous, patient and accommodating. Even when I asked a million questions he didn’t get annoyed and made sure I had a clear understanding of everything. Excellent customer service! Would definitely recommend to others.

Mike provided excellent customer service. He responded back to me within a minute after reserving a unit online and he was a pleasure to work with once we were on site. The facilities are clean and easy to access. The only thing I would note is that there is mandatory insurance at an extra cost that is not clearly noted on the website; but overall I feel like the rate is fair and a good value.

The staff was very friendly and entertaining to talk to you for a bit when getting my storage I give this place a five star given the fact this reflects the great customer service only thing they have to work on as I stated to him I was going to put in the review is they got to give 24 hour access for specific needs other than that great place to look for

My move has been more than frustrating but Mike has gone out of his way to make sure my storage experience has been seamless. I needed more space and he quickly got me a second unit right by the first. I lost the key to my lock and he didn't hesitate to come and get me into my unit. This facility is very clean and private. There are plenty of dollies and the elevators are easily accessible. I definitely made the right decision by canceling my reservation at Public Storage. Hopefully I won't need this space much longer but I will definitely come back wherever I'm in need of a storage unit. Thanks for everything Mike!
