Kalia at (1801 Savoy Dr Chamblee, GA) is the best I went in today 07/28/2023 to switch my unit for a bigger one and she help me out and made the process easy. Without hesitation she took me to the new unit to make sure it’s the size I need and took care of the switch process with easy. Kalia customer service deserves a 10 star because she went above and beyond.

Why did you all go up on my rental fee. What did I miss in the fine print for it to go up $8? Im cancelling asap! Oh and then they have a rep call me randomly asking if I was cancelling, why didnt you have the rep fix my payment instead of asking slick questions trying to see what my next move was!

This is not the place to rent long term. Pricing has changed three times and I’ve rented a unit for less than 6 months. The doors on the side of the building have been broken since I started renting here, and there is almost never an employee on the property making it next to impossible to resolve issues. I’m extremely disappointed with this facility. Update: After posting this review I received a call from Management and the customer relations team at public storage, both the owner and the team at public storage worked to resolved above issues. The doors are now functioning and I was able to discuss rates for my unit. From what I have seen they are also making an effort to be more responsive to tenants.

When this place was managed by Cube Smart was excellent; once became Public Storage service, cleanliness and maintenance got worse, they only know to raise rates and have arrogant 'customer service' .

Mrs. Mary saved the day at last minute. She has been a life savor today. If she’s available please come & see her. She will make it happen for you 💕

Urine in the elevator multiple times. Garbage left in the parking lot for weeks. Dead bugs, dozens of them, left in the hallways for weeks. Multiple times I've arrived well before 9 pm with a carload of things only to find there is no access to the units. The stairwells are inaccessible despite there being keypad access. I was told it's because they've found homeless people sleeping in the stairwell. Maybe they should just change the code. No carts after 6 pm so good luck if you work until 6 pm. You have to give your driver's license to use them in the daytime. I was told it's because people steal them. Why don't they put them behind a gate? Or better yet, only allow cars to enter through a gate? Our rent has been increased 10%-20%, multiple times over a short time period. I'm guessing that many of the positive reviews happened before Public Storage took over. It used to be owned by Cube Smart and these problems didn't exist then. I would look at the new Cube Smart around the corner.

We went over to Public storage late in the afternoon on a Sunday. Mary was there to help us every step of the way. Took us right to our unit and made the whole experience great. The facility is also very clean and is kept in top shape. Definitely would recommend!

Facility has no carts, only one elevator works and the stairs are lock. The is rarely someone available during business hours. The most inconvenient storage facility that I have ever used.

Horrible experience! I have my entire home stored here. Recently built a place in the mountains. When it was cube smart the hours were 10pm(close) so I come to get some of my belongings (expensive art) and a few other things. My art was in the hall.. We were able to get the furniture down but could not get back up to retrieve the Art! They now close a hour earlier. (Did not know this)Called customer service and got nothing. They said the only way I could get in was to call the district manager. Did that! Here I am almost three weeks later. Nothing! No call from the DM or the manager.(which I left a voicemail on the office number as well) terrible customer service. As soon as I can get my belongings out I will. We had to leave the place in the mountains at 5:00am to rush down and get the art before anyone else went in the building. Being it’s a hour half away. SMH!

Mary was patient with me while she covered unit sizes and pricing. It was refreshing to receive such wonderful customer service over the phone. This was the first time using eRental and it went smooth to set the reservations. What made the experience a 5 star was the property manager, Mary. Mary called me and set a time for us to meet despite her having to judge two properties. She was on time… she showed me how to use the floor code, walked the unit with me and even assisted me with a change. The customer service made me feel at ease that I made the right choice to store my stuff at Public Storage.

The move from cube smart to public storage has been a disaster. No one in the office. Elevators are regularly down so you cant get to your unit. Customer service lines are very long waits and then helpless. Lots of other people were mad as they showed up with truckloads and movers with no access to anything or anyone with information. Absolute disaster.

Two stars for great customer service. They need more carts and if they can’t they should speak up when they see customer with carts who aren’t really using the cart. Went to drop off a few things and saw one of the two carts piled with things but not being utilized at all. Please put signs that say that if carts aren’t being actively used to please kindly let other customers use it. It’s selfish and inconsiderate and even though Anthony saw the cart he didn’t say anything. We are all stressed when we are moving but it’s so frustrating to see lack of etiquette. Other than that I like it

Good facilities, but never have enough carts for moving things. You will end up waiting around to use a cart at most times if the day.

The facility was clean and safe, my only complaint is it needed more carts than the two it apparently had, as people who need to move their things find the carts very important.

I have two units here and when I set up my first unit I had such nice, friendly service and the units are new and clean so I was very happy with my experience. Now that the units are filling up their staff has gotten very snippy and rude. I wish I could move both my units to another location. They continue to go up in price and I cannot wait until we are done with this facility.

Rented a unit at the Savoy Dr. location in Dunwoody for about a year. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable, and the facility was clean and well maintained.

This was one of the best and most seamless customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. It was quick and easy. The location in Chamblee on Savoy Drive was simply amazing. India was so nice and professional. She knew her stuff and had answers to all of my questions. The GM, Anthony, was extremely kind and helpful too. Just all around a well run, respectful location. I never arrived to anything but well kept and clean. I will give my hard earned dollars to any business that delivers on their promises and representations. Every. Single. Time. Period.

I’ve had a storage unit here for about a year now, and can vouch for both the cleanliness and newness of this facility, as well as the customer service in the main office. A rep named India was the one who showed me all the units I was considering last year, and ended up renting me my specific unit. She couldn’t have been any more courteous, helpful and patient, and was just a breeze to work with. Once I no longer needed the unit 1 year later, Anthony was the one who helped me close out my account, and just like India, Anthony was super helpful, and just very personable to work with as well. The pros for this place is how clean and new it is, plus the customer services at the main office is top notch.

Anthony and staff and gracious and kind ALL THE TIME. We are notified of things we need to know in a timely manner and they are followed up on to be fixed as quickly as possible.

This storage facility is clean, very safe, and reasonably priced. I recently went through an extremely traumatic burglary experience and was forced to move out of my apartment on short notice. Just as I was giving up on any type of humanity in people, I met the NICEST sales rep at Cubesmart Chamblee. Seriously, this guy was super kind, incredibly charismatic, knowledgeable, and just all around good at his job. This type of customer service is typically only found in upper upper management or ownership and should be recognized! 10/10 for superstar Anthony, thanks for making the storage process so easy and enjoyable!

Reserved a unit online because they had a first month free online special that was a great deal. Received a confirmation call and told them I'd be there between 4 and 4:30 that day because I knew they closed at 6 but I had to get off work early to get there in time. Arrived at 4:15 to find a sign saying the manager wouldn't be back until 5. I refused to rent from someone who can't be bothered to make a courtesy call when they knew I was coming and they wouldn't be there. Went down the street to Public Storage and didn't get as nice a deal but the much better customer service was 100% worth it.

If I could do less than a one star I would. This place is a joke. I rented a storage unit and the next day I receive a nasty email regarding me throwing away my trash after I have unpacked a few boxes that I didn't need anymore from my storage. I only had the storage unit for one whole day?? Now they wanna fine me $150 for throwing away a few torn boxes I can't use anymore. And had the nerve to tell me to come pick up the boxes from the trash? Need I mind you the trash can outside was overflowed with trash inside on top and around the can? I will not rent from this place if I was anyone. They will be nice to you once you're getting the storage unit but once you pay its a wrap! Don't rent from these guys. I don't give a hoot what they think about me and quite frankly every one involved can kick rocks for the lack of better terms.

Both Jessica & Floyd are great! The facility is clean. There is ample garage covered parking spaces (great if you have to move on a raining day). I love that the elevators are secured by code. I would like to recommend having two more carts, if possible. I have seen that the carts become quickly occupied on busy days. Otherwise, I can tell that Jessica & Floyd are running this facility quite fine.

I ended up here after a TERRIBLE interaction with Public Storage on Clairmont Rd. I reserved my unit online and the store manager Jessica called me to see if I had any questions before I even closed the page on my phone. Once I got there Jessica met me at the door and took me to my unit while giving me a detailed explanation of the facility at the same time. Once we returned she explained my rental agreement and payment options thoroughly and even offered me a bottle of water. CubeSmart is a tad more expensive than Public Storage, but if you value customer service and feeling like you're valued by a company then this is the place for you. The facilities are clean and safe with surveillance, doesn't have the typical mold smell of most storage places. I appreciate them and CubeSmart will now be my storage vendor no matter where in the world I may be. Great job guys, keep setting the standard. :)

The best customer service I’ve had in a long time!!!! I came in on a day it was storming outside the store was closing in 30mins and also the lights went out on the entire street. An employee named Quanyse Gadoy helped me and did an amazing job! Even tho the lights were out and it was almost closing time she had the best attitude! First time getting a storage unit and couldn’t have been easier. Quanyse was really friendly and made the whole process really quick and easy. The building itself is also really nice. The units are easy to get to because you put the code in the elevator instead of having to go through a gate. The other guy working that day (can’t remember his name) was really nice too. They both made it comfortable which was nice because I didn’t know what to expect going in.

Really easy to get to from the entire Perimeter area, and the best thing is the parking is covered so you’re not baking in the sun or getting drenched when you move your stuff in.

Great that loading and unloading is totally covered and out of Atlanta’s weird weather. Brand new facility in Dunwoody without having to deal with Perimeter mall and office traffic is great plus.

Quanyse was very friendly, helping me reserve and claim a unit on the same day. The halls are clean, my unit was clean when I started filling it, and there are multiple elevators so it's easier to find one close to your storage unit. There is ample parking for customers and for carpooling, but navigating the parking lot can be a little claustrophobic with a large moving truck. Overall, so far, so good!
