Ive rented a few times recently I had to move from one unit to the next due to a infestation of bugs getting into previous boxes which I threw away after this I've noticed the gate has been malfunctioning and staying open repeatedly overnight and over the weekend I've notified management which says it's fixed only to break a few days later I was billed for a month I wasn't renting and currently have had to file a dispute with the corporate office to get things fixed bill wise, I'm done with this location so your self the biggest favor and rent from another location!
Rat infested storage facility. Your belongings will be ruined no matter how well they’re packed

I’ve rented storage units before, and it’s always been a headache—hidden fees, rate changes, confusing policies, and staff who really don't seem to care. But Sarah completely changed that for me. She was super helpful, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got the right unit for what I needed. The whole process was quick, easy, and way less stressful than I had expected based off my previous experiences. Honestly, if every storage place had someone like Sarah, renting a unit probably wouldn’t have such a bad rep. If you need a storage unit, go see her—she’s literally thee best!"
Terrible and disappointing! They never answer the phone and over charged me for the monthly ACH . No one is on site , or rarely and you cannot get any assistance if needed .

Was thinking about moving to a different storage unit up until Sarah had given me a call related to my unit. After speaking with Sarah and explaining my dissatisfaction with my rates climbing every month Sarah had taken it upon herself to see what difference she could make and after a couple of minutes Sarah had notified me that my rates had gone down almost 60%! Not only had my rates gone down she had also spoken with me on her making it her personal goal to turn around the storage unit by holding people accountable for littering and leaving the place a disarray as well as removing the people trying to turn the units into a home. With this moving forward I will be able to keep my belongings in my unit with the piece of mind everything will be safe and the way I left it!
Absolute garbage!
The place is messy, no one cleans it, the staff obviously never shows up, and people hop the fence all the time.
The cost of rent keeps going up but the staff is never there. I moved out and they are still trying to bill me for a unit I no longer use or have access to.
The monthly costs keep going up but it’s not worth it! It’s not safe, it’s not clean, the staff never shows up, and they don’t care about the renters.
Such an abysmal dump.

Several days into my new stg unit I opened it to discover the whole wall to the adjacent unit was busted and laying I'm my unit now trying to get ahold of a person is nearly impossible. The kiosk chat person promised me a call from public storage to arrange rescuing my unit, that was 4 days ago and no call yet, still broken wall the opposing wall has plywood and this one only drywall, how secure is that.still no resolve from anyone and if my stuff comes up Missi f whatsoever, I'm suing public storage!

Don't use the lock they provide, I couldn't get the key in without it snapping off. Had to call a lockpick and spend an extra 120$.
This place is awful! I got hit by the flood so I moved items into the unit and didn’t realize there wasn’t a key to the lock. The unit was broken into before I came. The door was open and the lock was on the ground. I was stressed so I wasn’t thinking. After a got ahold of someone, they told me to go look around to find a unit with a yellow tab to break into that unit to take the key. I replied- I’m not going to do the same thing to another person. I really needed a lock so I looked around to find a locker with a yellow tab. I couldn’t pull it open. The woman on the phone told me to pull harder. Enough said about place.
Worst storage unit ever! Liz is a nightmare to deal with she is super rude, oh and the moment you rent a unit they are going to keep raising the rent every month.

Highly recommend this place! We had a larger unit and got rid of many things so we wanted to transfer our things to a smaller unit. The staff was the most nicest people and they made the transfer super easy for us.
I rented the space online at a great price, checked in online super easily, and got everything squared away easily and quickly.
I do reviews a lot, I'm fair and practical. This is literally the first HORRIBLE/ NEGATIVE review I've had to write. This place, where do I start, the app has error 404 reports for the documents you need to view. The amounts owed are different than the amount shown in the actual computer (if you call an employee) ,my gate access code didn't work when I was told the issue was resolved. Liz, the manager didn't seem to get involved once she returned from being gone. And, GOD FORBID YOU TRANSFER UNITS. THEY WON'T HONOR A PROMOTION THAT WAS ALREADY GRANTED. So, tread lightly guys.
