No assistance. Impossible to do business. Didnt get what I chose and when I had to change they wouldn't honor the movein special I got less than an hour earlier?! Overpaid for a small unit but I had no choice. Once I'm dont here I won't be back

My wife’s shed is there and the property from the outside to the inside is unkept. They finally fixed the elevator that was broke for almost a year and there was glass on the ground when we went as well as debris all over the ground by the units. Have called corporate but they don’t seem to care

If zero stars was an option, that is what I would rate them. This location has deteriorated badly since I rented a unit 4 years ago. For the first two weeks, the gates to the property were not functional and stayed open 24 hours a day. When I called about the gates being open, no one seemed to care. For the entire month I rented the unit, the glass doors to the building did not function and were standing wide open. Again, when I called no one cared. I went into the building after an afternoon thunderstorm and saw water running down the elevator shift to the first floor. When I got to the third floor, it was partially flooded. I'm just glad that my unit was not one that flooded. The elevators have not been inspected in three years and their certifications expired over two years ago in 2021. Also, no one actually works at this location anymore and there is a video screen to talk to someone instead. There are a lot of other storage units in the area, pick another one and stay far, far away from this place.

I have an out side unit and constantly had ghost ants all over my belongings. When I left a message cause there is no one there, I never got a response back. Now the lock to my unit has fallen apart leaving my storage unit exposed. When I asked the kiaosk to get a maintenance person in, I was told they don’t come in till later. Now I have to get my stuff and store it at my house till I find another company that cares for their customers and has someone on site during the open hours. Worst storage company ever.

On Aug 31 our contract ended. At 2 pm we were locked out and charged $250 for abandoned items. We were there at 7 pm to find this out. They close at 9 pm. We are unable to get the rest of our belongings. Adam the site manager won’t answer the phone or call us back. Customer service puts me on hold and hangs up on me or sends me to voice mail. It’s been over a week of trying. We couldn’t get there before the 31 st because of a hurricane and rented a truck to get the items. So disappointed in this company.

Recently, I rented a small climate controlled storage unit. When I got to the Storage facility and opened my app, finding my unit and opening very secure doors and gates was very easy!! I was so delighted with the pleasant experience!

This Public Storage has been run down for years, but I used it since it was so conveniently located. At least one elevator has been down for months. Every week there is a broken gate, broken door, or trash blocking entrances. We tried to move some large furniture pieces out recently and both elevators were down with no word from management. I tried contacting the manager several times and never get a call back. The air conditioned units on the third floor are worthless during summer, as they easily reach 90 degrees. Don't rent here.
