David was an exceptional help. Very courteous.

rate keeps changing, not once has the rate stayed the same. I have gotten a discount one time for an additional three months.... but even at these "discounted" prices still feel like robbery. I have asked to keep this discount and it was declined. I will be moving my stuff elsewhere. The hours are bad for people who work night shift as well... I can never get into my unit in the evening hours. Not interested in keeping my business here the prices are gouging.

Kevin here helped me out, he was super friendly and personable. The building and area are clean and well kept with reasonable pricing. I would recommend this place for storage use especially being open 7 days a week.

Just wanted to say this is a great location if you need to free up extra space in your home! I have been storing at this location for quite a few years. It was recently remodeled and everything is kept clean and pest free. Ria is great with helping you and anything you need and especially taking that extra time for you. The employees always contact you back immediately if you need to speak with them. It is in a great convenient location if you live in the Seminole area!

I use a lot of different storage places in the course of conducting business and I have to say this location has been one of my best experiences. The Public Storage Seminole location is in great condition and they just repaved the entire driving surface of the facility recently. The staff were easily available to answer any questions and quick to call me back almost immediately, every single time, which is rare. Also, Ria stood out me as a big help answering all my questions and was invaluable in ensuring our move out and final billing was done fairly, correctly and that my auto pay was shut off with email verifications and a phone call, all with out having to be asked. All I did was call and leave a voicemail and then I started getting the email confirmations and a friendly phone call explaining what had been done and if I I had any questions within minutes of having left the voice mail. This is rare in my experience with self storage. I am eternally grateful and I will miss being at this location. 5 stars all day and all night!

Mom went by her unit today and said Ria was as helpful as always. She was guiding a truck through the tight turns of the property but as soon as she saw mom standing at the office she went right up to help. I appreciate the kindness shown to an older woman by the younger generation. Ria makes mom smile with every interaction and makes our storage experience much much easier. Thank you Ria!

Went by my unit today to grab a couple of things and make a payment. Ria was as sweet as ever and always makes me feel like they actually VALUE my being a customer. Thank you Ria!

The unit is fine. My problem is that I was able to login to my account on the website but not on the app. I have a couple months of emails back and forth with customer service, but nothing worked. I got a unit for $177/month and then they add on $15 for insurance and about $7 in taxes. I signed up for autopay and they took the first payment no problem. About 1.5-2 months later my unit was locked. All the info on my account had been changed over to a Brian Flowers- who had my same phone number years ago. Gave them all the same-proper info AGAIN and next thing I know my unit that should be costing me about $200/mo total is now costing me $300/mo. Customer service is pointless- they write you back once and never respond again...calling is worse. Looking for a new storage facility now.

Moved in ladder of the month and was told I would not be charged a late Fee my Banks lobby was open on a Tuesday and then closed on a Thursday so via bus I'm trying to get to a bank to get the payment can't get there and get to storage on time before they close they didn't take any of that in consideration told me late fee be 20, 25 bucks late fee was almost $45 when you say something you should mean it especially a business I would not recommend these guys sorry

I have to give much respect to Ria, she has been the nicest sweetest person that I have dealt with at this Public Storage. We came here a year ago, and within a month my husband got diagnosed with kidney failure, and placed on dialysis. I stay all over the place with the stress of being here alone with no support, she never makes me feel bad for not being able to pay at the 1st of the month and never once has gotten upset when I ask her for our code, a million times. But most of all she asks about my husband every single time I see her, and that alone sometimes gets me thru the day, knowing someone here cares. So thank you Ria, for being awesome!

We were in a high pressure moving situation where we needed a place to move a bunch of furniture quickly - actually had a rented truck with a number of large pieces in it, and calling around was yielding nothing until we managed to get in touch with Ria! We needed a spot with easy access and she was able to get us setup with the perfect unit and it was a short walk to from the truck to the unit which was great for our large stuff. Long time customer at Seminole Blvd location. No security except in the office area. They say they are not responsible for vehicles in storage space you are paying for. Very unfriendly and their customer service skills are non-existent.

I called up and spoke to Ria today about storing my '77 Ford. I was impressed. She was very knowledgeable in the unit sizes, door sizes, pricing, specials, and what she had available. Although she didn't have anything I was able to settle on, I truly felt she went above and beyond to explain all benefits Public Storage has to offer. Thank you for your time and effort, Ria!

They were very helpful by showing me the different sizes,very clean.And friendly staff.

My wife and I stored two Trek Bicycles last February for our return trip south this February. Then after paying 12 months of rental fees I returned to find that my bicycle had been stolen and was told “sorry you don’t have insurance, nothing we can do”. The bicycles were covered and hidden with a tarp and stored on the second floor in a caged area and locked. We requested a call from the property manager but never received one. Do not trust storing your bicycles in this facility!

Excellent facility. Very affordable, extremely safe and secure, and exceptionally clean. Chris is a fantastic guy who made the process very easy.

At first I thought this place was great and I had them rated 5 stars. Now after having my unit for 4 months they are increasing the cost. I wouldn't suggest it unless your rental would only be for a few months. I'll edit my review and give them 4 stars. Someone else called this morning and fixed my issue. I would give them 5 stars again but I'm upset that it had to be this way in the first place. I guess it depends on who answers the phone as to how helpful they are. Thank you Sylvia for correcting the issue.

I gave one star based on my experience with the property manager here, she's apparently the only person who's ever on duty, and she leaves at 6 on the nose so you better not get here at a quarter till and expect that she's going to do anything for you. At my company when someone walks in the door at 6 if you close at 6 you take care of them until you're done with them. This is the worst customer service I've had in a very long time

We are from TN and my husband wanted a small space to rent for his fishing gear, so he wouldn't have to travel with it back and forth every time. He decided to try this place out. We left poles and tackle there the beginning of July. October 15th we came back and his unit had been robbed.Renters beware!

Rented a unit here today. Service was great. They were very busy in the office and the girl still managed to answer all my questions and get me in and out in no time. 5 stars!

Staff was very helpful, friendly, and professional. Unit was clean, and easy to get access to. One drawback was that they are switching to cylinder locks, and unless you get the right one, you pretty much have to buy the ones they are offering for $19.95 + tax.

Everybody in the staff was helpful and very nice it was just very rough to have such high rate increases for the time that I was there. The rate increases I had we're just so drastic it made it extremely hard to save up to move and put money aside.

Nicole the property manager was always pleasant and a pleasure to see when going to my unit. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a smile clean organized and knowledge manager to fit your needs and make your move in smooth and not stressful

Best customer service by far! Nicole was amazing in helping with the process. She was so helpful and super friendly!

Was offered $1 for a month plus a $25 fee and taxes. Thought it was a great deal. Only needed for a month during my remodel. It was gonna be $30 total. Once I get there I find out I have to buy their lock. It's specific to their units. Costs $20. I mention that it would be nice to know that up front and was told they aren't allowed to disclose that until you get there. Also was told I'd be able to back right up to my unit. Nope. Not enough room. I got a call several days into my rental asking if I needed it longer than a month. I said no and confirmed my move out date. Guy said to be sure I removed my lock so they knew I was gone. I moved out on time but got an email the day after my month was up telling me I owed over $60. A few hours later got another email saying saying they were placing a lien on me. I called several times, no one answered and left a message. The next day when I got through was told I'd have to wait several days to get it resolved because it had been sent to the district manager who had to escalate it to the regional manager. Never got an explanation as to why this happened or an apology for the inconvenience. Would never do business with this company again.

Nicole is the manager at this location. Every time we see her there she always says hello asks if we need any help. We see her outside cleaning and maintain ing her property and willing to always help out her customers. Manager Nicole is always a pleasure to see when visiting my unit she always comes out of her way to say hello and greet us. I stored my things here for two years and never had any issues. At one point I downsized to a smaller unit and had no problems doing that. Place is clean and well kept. Staff has always been very friendly!

Needed to change locations within the complex. Nicole handled the paperwork very expeditiously and made sure the new space was acceptable.

The person that helped me up there was so wonderful her name was Nicole if more people were as kind and professional like her on this planet the world would be such a better place. Nicole, one word, EXCEPTIONAL!!! Several months ago I was in an emegency situation and had to store some very personal and private items. Family photo's, clothing, electronics and items I hold dear to in life. Did a search and found a Public Storage location right near where I was moving to. Fate obviously sent me in to inquire about just a small unit. This is when I first met probably one of the best manager/staff persons of any busisness, Nicole. She was wonderful, knowledgeable and most important to me, caring. Yes, CARING. The respect she showed to me was refreshing. I felt so much more at ease during a very trying point in my life. I felt as though she knew what I was going through and showed a tremendous amount of empathy and compassion. Having many other places I could have gone to, less expensive as well, I knew I was where I needed to be. It felt like she actually cared about MY STUFF! It sounds odd, but so true! She made it so easy and helped me more than I ever asked for. Her personality and knowledge of MY needs is an asset way too worthy of her current position. Although I am TOTALLY gratful she is there for me and others. Having an employee such as her should never go unnoticed. She was the SALESPERSON that sold me and hence sold your company to me!! If it werent for needing a last minute place to store my belongings due to moving, i would not be a customer here. The property manager here known as Steve has never been welcoming and disrespectful. I had called regarding making a payment arrangement as he insisted to say “ i just needed to pay my bill” in the most disrespectful manner. He is rude, and was in a cocky arrogant manner with terrible customer service skills.

********since writing this review, i have vacated the property a month ago, duw to shady activity. The property manager was not professional and allowed shady things to happen on this property to the point of not feeling safe. I wasnt evwn there 3 weeks and moved out. Maybe under new managment it would be a better place.********* This is by far the best PS I have rented from all over the country, Nicole the property manager is on of the nicest ladies I have met here and I will always be happy here!

This storage doesn't help you get your lock off if you lose the key " they don't carry lock cutters on hand "which doesn't make since its a public storage and they sell locks ...but i bet if you don't pay can they can find a way to get it off

Wealthie the property manager was very helpful and it was her first day at that location.

The $1 move in special cost me over $55 moving in on the 28th of the month. Before o even got home, I received an email stating I owed another $14.97 for the rest of the month. Nora who generally deals with the customers and I believe is now the manager, is rude. And even went so far as to tell someone who was paying part of my storage fee as a good deed, that if my balance wasn't paid by the 7th, she would add a late fee. There was no need to do that and it violates the fdca to reveal such things. I would strongly suggest if your looking for storage, find a friendlier place with better customer service.

Normally, moving is a hassle but this location for storing your stuff for a couple months is fantastic....it's clean, very well organized and Steve is great. His advise and help, made our move a lot easier. To who ever reads this, I can highly recommend this company and especially this location.

I have used mini storage facilities off and on all my life. This one is my favorite of all time. I can say why in one word - STEVE! It is well kept up in every way, unlike some others. You can't go wrong storing here.

We called the corporate office to get information about the most convenient location to us. This property had one space left so we held it. We received a follow up call to schedule an appointment. When we went to register Rachael did a fantastic job of helping us as well as helping the clients that were in there before us. Rachael was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

My girlfriend and I rented a space here recently. The price is a little high but the staff is friendly. Note: They are definitely by the book here. I tried to get in my girlfriends space but forgot the gate code. I had to show them ID to get in the place even though I had the key to the lock. Kind of a long process to just get out a few boxes but if they are that tough on me, I am sure they are tough on everyone so I know my stuff is safe. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The customer service I received from Cathy was excellent. My husband and I had just spent nearly an hour at another storage facility - we left without obtaining a space. Cathy was very helpful, and had us signed up in no time - we had unloaded into our storage space and were on our way home within about 30 minutes. The grounds, office and our space were clean and well presented. I absolutely love having the holidays decorations out of my attic and garage, and organized in one location. Thanks!

Service was awful. Absolute worst experience with a storage unit I've ever had. There are too many good storage units in the area to be treated that bad. Also very pricey, could have found bigger and cheaper. I will never use Public Storage again and I suggest you look elsewhere. I generally don't take time to complain but this just a horrible expierence
