Why is Nash working there?! She is definitely not a customer service person. Does not make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door it feels like you're a burden that you're there. She'll give you a million and one reasons why she can't help you with the situation that you have, and not once say what she CAN do for you. Absolutely stay away from this location. If good customer service is what you're looking for, keep looking cuz you're not going to find it here

Got a storage unit online. Very easy to do. Got the code to get in. With the app I can open the gate from my cell. Easy to find, a new lock was inside the unit.

I reserved a unit on my phone outside of a Wendy's and 25 minutes later, thanks to Jahaira's amazing customer service, I was backing my U-Haul van up to unload it into my unit. Also the next day Nashaly was extremely helpful as well! Great experience overall!

My husband and I got a storage unit from this facility. Upon packing all of our belongings into the U-haul truck, we realized we might not have gotten a big enough storage unit. When we got to Public Storage, Stephanie was kind enough to go through our options with us and we were able to get a second storage unit. Also, I had to use the restroom and it was closed due to Covid-19, but since Stephanie knew it was gonna take us all day to unload, she let us use it. And when we realized we forgot our dolly, she let us borrow one someone left behind, free of charge. Sure made our moving day easier! Top notch customer service! Thank you!

This place is a freaking rip off. Lure you in with low price quotes then add on numerous hidden fees price is MUCH higher than advertised. Staff at this location are not helpful at all and most of the time have no clue what they are doing.

The unit rent increased 3 different times in the first 5 months of renting. They only have 1 cart on property to use to move your belongings in.

Stay away from this place my brother rented at unit used for couple months and everything in it God damage . Everything was covered in rat poop roaches a mold from the water coming in from the ceiling and not to mention we found a skiing from the snakes it was just terrible we have to dump everything and by the way we had to pay somebody just to trash or stuff

I Only stayed for about 2 weeks, price was much higher in person than they tell you online when you reserve the unit but, we had just moved and I needed the unit. Then 2 days after getting my unit, I went to retrieve something only to find that the gate was broken and the facility was unsecured and No-one notified me, It remained this way for a Good Week with anyone coming and going. I mean with the high fees the facility should at least be secure. Then when I got to my unit I found large amounts of Rat Droppings outside the unit next to mine, I opened the door to my unit to find More rat droppings and a HUGE rat on the top of the wall between my unit and the one next to me. I HAD no food or items of that nature in my unit. Needless to say I began moving out immediately. Upon telling them my unit was empty and we were leaving they simply said goodbye. Never asked how things were or why we were leaving less than a month in. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who values their items.

Stopped in to inquire about a space since my family and I will be moving down in the next month or so, I met with Stephanie the store manager who was very knowledgeable about spaces and packing supplies I would need to keep my stuff safe. Facility is clean and well managed by her. Thank you Stephanie for all your help.

Had a unit here for a long time. Never an issue with staff, they are wonderful. But we've been emptying out our unit the past 3 weeks and there's a thick layer of construction dust all over everything. Opened our unit and its piled along the unit entrance and covers everything, even the hallway and the door exteriors. Frustrating. Otherwise, 5 years and steady prices (with the understandable yearly price raise $10-15)

Very professional and extremely polite. I knew nothing about storage, Sonia gave an amazing presentation of supplies and tips with relentless efforts and dedication. She showed me around the clean facility, answered all my questions and concerns with her vast knowledge and reassured me that my belongings would be safe. Such a wonderful welcoming individual. It feels great when you get to know that someone really cares about a client. Highly recommend this particular storage facility
