I see that y’all are working to revive the place with all of this painting & refreshing the building….but can y’all please do something about all of these roaches?!? There is a serious roach infestation in these storages. It is terrible! I have removed things from my storage, only to have some of the little critters surprising traveling with me & this is embarrassing!! Please take care of this! This is not good for your customers!

I have had one of my storage lockers for almost 13 years now, as well as two others for the past seven at Public storage at 951 John Young. The facility is clean, bright, and well run. I know that my belongings are safe, as well as being safe myself while I am on premises.
There have been many managers and personnel over the last 13 years here. I have to give a very high recommendation for Kynaisha, the current onsite manager. She is very efficient, courteous, and a great communicator. She has made the process of clearing out and closing the three storage lockers that held my mom‘s precious belongings very easy and pleasant. She is one of the best. Many thanks for everything.
