The price has tripled since I moved in. There was a flood in 2020... I haven't been able to get into my room in 2.5 years, but I still have to pay $500 a month against the chance I might one day figure out how to get the door open. Too bad it isn't possible to give no stars at all. Edit: I added a couple of stars, making the review neutral for the time being. I called the office, talked to the current manager, who couldn't understand why her predecessor hadn't told me how to schedule a free visit from their roving maintenance guy to force our way past the jammed door. I'll call next week and see if they're as good as she thinks they are. 7-11-23 Another edit: I'm back in the room; it only took 4.5 months after I got hold of the district manager. All the stuff near the door was ruined by water damage and the resulting black mold. I asked for some sort of rent relief while I dig thru the mess; they said the best they could do is one month's free rent... during the time I was locked out, I paid over $10,000 for a room I didn't have access to. And the rent just went up ANOTHER $95 a month. It's gonna take me months to dig thru all the moldy mess, taking pictures of every damaged item, against a possible insurance claim. The insurance has a damage limit of $5000; I have nearly $5000 worth of guitar amps near the back, which will take a while for me to get to so I can assess any damage in that area. Their mess, but my loss and responsibility. I can't afford a lawyer, so they have me over a barrel. There are so many storage companies out there... pick any of the others, and steer clear of Public Storage. Another edit... They gave me a six month delay on the last rent increase, which almost exactly equals one month free rent. Found out new customers are paying less than half what I am for the same size room; Jasmine asked for a tent reduction for me, but the new district manager refused. Jasmine suggested I move to another room on the same complex to get the new customer rate... I went her one better and had a friend rent a room across the driveway to get a month free in addition to the new lower rate. I dropped one room size to stay close to the old location... Saved $400 a month. Wish I'd thought of this last February. roughly $8000 ago... could have saved $6400. The company is awful, totally lacking in ethics. Facility Manager Jasmine is way too good for these crooks. My contract with them guaranteed me access to my stuff , which they denied me for three whole years... and most of the rent increases took place while I was locked out! They could tell by looking at me I can't afford an attorney, so they got away with it. On the positive side, if your need is short term, and you know for an absolute fact you'll be gone before they have a chance to raise the rent, I checked around, and they're the cheapest per square foot I found.

Be aware that their rates are not locked in and fluctuates. My rate went up $60 after a few months of renting.

I told them I was moving out and they drafted my account the same day. I requested a refund and they said our policy is we don't give refunds you can stay til the end of the month I was moving out of state I didn't want to come back in 30 days.

Jasmine goes above and beyond and is a credit to the organization. Rex was very helpful and provides excellent customer service. Stan is knowledgeable and proactive. He gave us great customer service and helped us find the exact right unit for our cross-country move. I strongly recommend this facility and their representative, Stan - he's the greatest!

Why do they sell you a price and a few months later they raised it? In a little over a year I have had my storage go up two separate occasions by $60-80 each time. They realize you have lots of stuff and know it will be hard for you to move so they just start raising rent... its a shady way of doing business and will be the last time I use Public Storage for any future needs. The price should be locked in for a year at least.

Jen and Dan were awesome. Swapped units made it easy. They both were friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely stop in and say hi when I’m at my storage. I recommend this location for great service!!!!

I used this property for 23 months and I just moved my belongings out. The property manager Diana was great, she is an excellent property manager she cares about her property and customers. So kudos to Diana for doing an excellent job.
