I had bad experience with this public storage. Poor customer service in fact Michelle called me to show up on site to fill out an application I started online but no one in the office "we are open" but no one there to help a new customer. Don’t waste your time to call the phone number that is on the door to ask for help because nobody is there to help 👎🏻
We have been paying for a storage unit at this location for many years. They have raised the rent to absolutely ridiculous prices for a storage unit. There is never anyone on site to help you and the only way to ever even speak to a person is to call the sales line and get transferred to customer service who isn't a whole lot of help if you need assistance at the property. There seems to be little to no security whatsoever any longer and the place is simply getting run down. For nearly 600 dollars a month I am extremely disappointed in the lack of service for the money. We have spent 2 months attempting to get access to our unit and still have not even heard from a property manager. I would give 0 stars if I could.
No one available to help with the rent if the space until certain times !
