I wanted to complete an on line contract, but had to reserve a unit so I could pay cash. When I got to 3760 E. Pikes Peak and entered to office, Cory happily greeted me. She put my reservation # into the computer and confirmed that what I reserved matched. Then she walked me to the unit for inspection. The property was clean and quiet. The unit was empty and swept clean. "Perfect!" I said, and we went back to the office to finish the paperwork. She explained, in full detail, everything I signed, and answered my questions knowingly. Cory was extremely patient, pleasant, and informative. Her bubbly personality would brighten anyone's day, it did mine! Thank you Girl!!

I've been here since 2020 I didn't have good service before until Cory became manager here, I had a bad situation where my keys were stolen and no one wanted to help until Cory sat me down and went over what i needed to do to fix this. The storage unit is the same exact one I had, but now it's $30 more just because it's "public storage" now instead of "self security storage." It's nothing like the other public storages, and there's bugs all in my stuff because the door doesn't fully close even when its locked, and they still manage to get in. The pot holes also need to be filled in. I just don't know why I'm paying $97 for a 5×5 storage unit...

The only reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars is because of no notice that they switched over to a public storage, and no more 24 hour access. But we did get notice when the new rates would start which is a good thing. I understand things happen for a reason, besides Thomas the manager is awesome, he is more than accommodating and has always been helpful and understanding.
Super straightforward and helpful! No hidden fees, no weird surprises. The owner really went the extra mile, he even gave me a discount on my last month's rent, because I didn't plan on renting the whole month, and only needed the space for a couple days of that billing cycle. That's basically unheard of! They keep a clean and secure facility, and I've never had any issues with the location. 5 stars, would recommend.
