Great experience with Lily. She was so helpful when the gate was broken. She had to manually open it. My wife and I really appreciated that she did that so that we could still access my wife’s unit.

I work for a local business and attempted to access one of our three storage spaces and was denied access by the employee due to seal coating being done. She said to come back the next day. My coworker and I returned the next day and were denied access again due the seal coating being done. After pleading with her to give access for a measly 10 minutes, she refused. Her unwillingness to allow us into the space negatively affected our business. Poor and unacceptable customer service!!

The gentleman that helped me yesterday (4/26) was absolutely amazing. It was my first time getting a storage unit, and he made the process so easy and answered all of my silly questions. he was very helpful and very professional. would 100% work with him again

Public Storage sold my unit before they had a legal right to the guy didn't come up with the money so they allowed me to buy my own stuff before the due date out of control but yet no one answered the phone customer service wouldn't take the payment and there was nobody at the storage place it was crazy it's almost like they do this stuff on purpose so you're set up for failure not to be able to pay anyways my friends lawyer he got right on top of it and within about 15 minutes or so got a call saying that I can go to another facility to pay unbelievable we have other issues as well but we have a lawyer that were going through now don't put your stuff here if you can help it

I think this was one of the most pleasant and efficient experiences I’ve ever had with finding a storage unit. Rich is the property manager there and he literally Worked out every detail for us and we had keys and the unit immediately! Aside from the cleanliness, the security and the location, which is all wonderful… It was The property manager, Rich That sealed the deal for us! Super courteous And super knowledgeable. While the staff at this location has been nice, I had to leave because my vehicle was damaged by rodents and then vandalized. The vehicle was stored from mid Sept to July1. When I started it to leave, I had no brakes. A Mechanic found that an attempt to unscrew and remove brake lines resulted in what could have been a severe accident. There apparently is little policing of the vehicle storage.

I moved and decided to check out storage units again. I was so excited to see Lily at this location! She is the best and she answers all questions patiently and kindly. She is a huge asset to the company. I have sent several people to rent from public storage simply because of Lily’s customer service.

The current manager as of 5/15/23, who transferred to this public storage a month ago, is wonderful! Wish I could say the same for the rest of the Public Storage office manager at this location previous to her and other locations as well, in the past 10 years that been renting from this company. After luring you in with their specials and (I believe they get compensation per unit;) and decent fees per unit/month, it becomes a spiteful game of threats if your late out the gate, charging upsurd late fees and threats of fees for late out the gate, the phone calls reminding u you were late -9:01pm or after. I understand this is their protocol, but these ladies go out of their way to speak at you rudely⁶

Put a truck camper into storage almost a month ago. Was referred to this location from another because they had outside parking space. Was told all I needed was a bill of sale for it to be there. Then spent an entire day getting that bill notorized for their policy requirements. A week ago tried to store my truck with the camper in the spot and was told that policy requirements said everything in the spot had to be in my name, the truck is in my wife name. Also, then was told that the truck would have to have a separate spot if it stayed and it would have to have a notorized bill of permission from my wife to fit their policy. The discount offered for this possible solution was low. I'm frustrated by this entire bit. Overall, 3*. Storage space was used, yes. My initial price was ok,yes. The following issue from just trying to store stuff was unpleasant and an employee saying a rotation bit if 'its just the policy' was frustrating.
